UPDATE: My son was away for 7 weeks without his watch. Within a week of being back home with it, he once again had a broken watch. Instead of the piece on the side opposite the charger snapping off, the USB/charging side got stuck in the band and snapped off. This will be his 3rd watch in under a year so next time, I'll be ordering something different. UPDATE: I have since purchased another for my daughter who also loves it. I ran into an issue with the first one I purchased and reached out to the seller via Amazon. I got a very quick response and the seller replaced the device for me immediately. Definitely recommend. Bought this for my son a few days ago and the only time he's taken it off is to shower. Its really easy to set up and use. The watch size and display are the perfect size for him. He loves tracking his progress throughout the day, crushing his step count goals and charting his weekly progress on the app. Perfect watch for active kids! Edit: I did get it to end up charging again not sure what we were doing wrong, but it is a good watch for the price. It is sensitive for the step counter, but having all the alarms is nice. Good watch for kids! It worked great for 2 months And now it will no longer charge. If it continued to work I'd say it was a good watch for the kids, but it stopped working so fast. It wasn't the best at tracking steps, it was very sensitive and definitely wasn't correct but it was good otherwise and having all the alarms was great, but unfortunately it sucked cause it won't charge anymore. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I charged the watch as instructed. After it was fully charged, I took it off the charger and it began vibrating every 3 seconds and hasn't stopped, and displays a code LH2 FDZ. I can't get it to connect with the app or figure out how to restart it. I tried putting it back on the charger but the vibrating is persistent and will not stop for anything. I wrote this review directly on the companies page after receiving a free 2 year extended warranty. "Thank you for this! I have purchased this same fitness tracker over and over at least half a dozen times because of the strap breaking. I love my watch so much. It's lightweight, affordable, and waterproof! I have recommended it to all of my friends because I really do love mine. I have tried the more expensive name brand, and even other cheap ones from Amazon, and this is my favorite by far. It is the only one that is actually comfortable on my wrist. Having a 2 year warranty is amazing." For Amazon shoppers trying to decide: if you're shopping for a child over 6, this is the one. If you're an adult with a smaller wrist, this is the one. I am an artist, and a very busy mom. I do everything in this watch. I have installed 1500lbs of concrete wearing this thing without a problem. We swim in our pool all summer and I never take it off. We went to the beach for a week and it works after snorkeling. (It is a little hard to read in the direct sunlight. No big deal, shade your wrist.) The only issue ever was the band lasts about a year, give or take, because the small loop that holds the floppy part down snaps apart eventually. It's a good basic tracker. I have a super small wrist and it fits really well, it's light and comfortable. It measures steps accurately and the vibrating alerts are great. For some reason it doesn't measure the distance correctly, the distance it shows is short by 25% (verified on the treadmill, entered my height/weight correctly). I don't care about the distance being off that much, so overall it's a good purchase. UPDATE: I noticed that when I was walking faster, the number of steps seemed low, so I decided to verify it while walking on a treadmill. Both steps and mileage are way off when I was walking at 3.2 mph for roughly 19 minutes (2,280 actual steps vs 1,464 on the tracker, 1.00 mile on the treadmill vs 0.65 mi). Apparently the tracker is more accurate at lower speeds. Not sure if I got a defective unit or if they are all like that, but I am out of return window now... ... show more

My wife and I gave our daughter a BIGGERFIVE Fitness Tracker in preparation to her participating in a running group. She wears it constantly; 24-7 (save charging time). It was extremely helpful for her as she was training with the running group for a 5K. A few weeks ago the plastic on the USB side of the watch cracked and came apart. We could not charge not wear the device and so I reached out to customer service. I am "old school" and like to call about these things, but all I could find to submit my claim was an email address. To my delight, I received a response within 24 hours and they had a replacement on the way. No fuss. Keep in mind that this was still within a 12 month period and their 12-month Warranty Policy states: All products purchased from our website or Amazon are guaranteed for 12 months. The new Fitness Tracker came inside a week and works perfectly. Their service team has been outstanding, and I am more than satisfied with the product and the brand. Since, I have done nothing but sing your praises to other parents looking for an activity watch for their kids. ... show more
