Had a terrible fall, after months of a wc and walker - time to move on to a cane - found Big Alex - awesome piece of equipment. Came in a nice bag all folded up for travel, with a separate tip - I have the 4 sided tip so my cane stands. It is completely adjustable for height, has a very sturdy feeling. The flashlight is what sold me -it has three settings- straight forward, down and a combo of both using 2 AA batteries. I have it next to my bed and I can easily get up at night, turn the light on and get to the bathroom without turning on overhead lights to see. It is good for walking during darker times outside bc you are easily to be seen or to see at night. Love the color choices. The only small issue was that a couple times when the cane fell the spring in the battery compartment shifted and I had to reset the spring to get the light to work, but I would definitely buy again or add to the collection. I have had many people comment and ask about the cane and where to purchase! ... show more

Very easy to setup and use. Is really stable and the grip is great and comfortable. It adjusted great to my height. Great value for the money and the pink is a pretty color. Easy to break down. The media could not be loaded. Was Easy to pu together. Came with a bag for storing. I love that the rubber pad keeps cane standing and is easy to walk with. It comes in various colors. I love the light feature especially at night. Gives a soft glow so you can see getting into bed at night. Only thing negative, and reason for four stars, is batteries move within chamber which causes rattling noise and can cause light to flicker off when you don't want it to. Wasn't sure if all the canes are like that or just mine. Still all in all I would buy again and highly recommend. ... show more

I have end stage kidney failure and my back hurts so bad I walk hunched over. This cane allows me to stand upright and takes the pressure off my back. It has four points for stability and is small enough to maneuver around. The lights are an added bonus for nighttime or stairs.

Love a cane? Never thought I'd say yes to that! This one is great... I love it! Light weight but strong, goes down low enough to be comfortable for me. The others I had tried were supposed to be fine for my 5'2" self, but at 33" were not comfortable and didn't make me feel balanced Like this one does at a lowest setting of 31". I'm amazed how much difference those 2" made. The grip is great, and the 3-way lights are just super! Not only good for outdoors, but great for indoors in case the electricity should go out. Could I use a flashlight or my phone flashlight and cane at the same time? Sure, but how very nice and safer to have one hand free. I also appreciate that they included the monopad single tip as well as the quad. The tote bag is easy to use and a quality feeling fabric... Nice!!! ... show more

Great cane, height adjustable, great handle and the bottom allows it to stand on its own. I really like having a flashlight on it though. I have vertigo issues so seeing what’s ahead is critical. I camp in the summer too and tree roots, bumpy roads etc are hazardous! Especially for those late night trips to the loo! I haven’t used it for that yet, but I think it will be really helpful. The flashlight points ahead, or down or both which is nice. It’s my first cane, I hate having to use it, but I gotta say it’s kept me from faceplanting a number of times, so it’s a keeper! ... show more

    • Dangerous due to bad design.

They apparently realized that attaching the pieces would be a good idea as the top two are connected by a collar. the bottom 3 sections are only held on by the elastic though. I accidentally set the garbage can on the foot while I was cleaning out my car and when I took a step came away holding 1/3 of a cane. Also, the "soft material" handle they advertise doesn't exist. You may as well be holding directly on to the metal. ... show more
