I was hoping for this to be a bit smaller than it is but you can almost fit 2 kayaks in it. My kayak is 14.4 feet and swims in this cover. It is marked as 16 ft. So, not what I ordered. The strap is nice addition but should be optional. There is no way I’ll be hanging a 42 lb kayak on my shoulder! 😳

I have a 10’ x 30” kayak and had a difficult time finding a 10” storage bag with ample width. After returning another, I read reviews and tried this 12’ x 30”. Slid in and zipped up easily. The storage bag for the cover is connected to the inside so it can be tucked safely away and you’ll never lose it. I comments on the included straps as I haven’t used them. The material feels durable and I has zero concerns when tugging on it or moving it around. Seeing how well it does over winter will be the true test. Since I ordered a longer than needed length, the extra material folded snugly under the kayak, held in place by its weight against the storage rack. I moved it around a bit while on the rack and it holds securely, best I can tell. ... show more

I love this. I always have an issue with spiders and have had mice in my kayak before after a long storage period. This fully enclosed bag solves all my issues for my sit-in. I can pop it out and go straight on the water without having to worry about what's sharing the boat with me. So worth it!! My 12-foot fits in it fine and it zips up securely. My kayak is 10 ft so I purchased the 10 ft cover. However the material is not stretchy and the zipper only extends 8ft so there is no physical way to fit your kayak inside this bag unless your kayak is collapsable. Severely disappointed.

For a full cover kayak cover this ones really nice. Some solid water resistant material, not sure if it's full on water proof. We store our kayaks in the garage, we wanted more of a dust cover as well as something to prevent bug issues, this mostly for use while traveling, as my wife's kayak is a sit in kayak, which means it has a hole that catches a lot of air while traveling down the roads with it strapped to the top of the car on the kayak racks. Makes for a lot of wind friction and a lot of noise. Putting the kayak in isn't to much of a bear. The front section doesn't unzip, the zipper only extends to about 2/3's of the length of the cover, so you have to slip one end in first then slid the rest in, flip it over and zip it up. Next is the straps, one for the front and one for the back, they are not attached to the cover itself, they are unattached, so they can get lost, and the shoulder strap clips to the stay straps. That system of straps works ok. There is a pouch for storage attached to the inside of the bag, ours does not disconnect, it so it is permanently attached. For the price, was a bit of a hit in my opinion, but I've not really researched standards rates, this may be on par for a full cover. Overall I like it, it's solid and fully covers the kayak, makes for good protection. ... show more

I liked this cover and it fit my kayak like a glove. I rated it 3 stars only because right off the bat the zipper was broken and the durability just is lacking. i hoped to use the straps to carry it or hang it which is what i assume they are for but i wouldnt even pick it up with my kayak in side i knew it was simply going to rip out. I liked the product though and i would enjoy one in a tougher canvas perhaps and this was a great idea but it just failed to meet the standard of a rugged type outdoor equipment. i was bummed about that. ... show more
