I have submitted a warranty claim through the manufacturer's website. 6/15/24 update- Warranty claim was processed and a new bean bag was received about 5 days after processing. Fantastic size and color. They will be used by grandchildren. The best thing about this order was the shipment by UPS they brought it directly to the house and they were three days early. When items a shipped through USPS the items are 2 to 3 days later and I have to drive to our rural post office and load the items myself (I am 75) and unload and it is not easy. Wish Amazon would ship all my items through UPS and not USPS. ... show more

It gives the little ones their lounging area. I bought these for the grandkids on the boat because the marine seats are so expensive. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Very durable and well made. They are a bit overstuffed and full.
