This chair is much smaller than advertised. The length is alright I guess but the height of the back support is so short you have to hold yourself up. I'm 5'5 so I felt like even though the person was petite in the picture I should be able to fit fine. Nope. back support doesn't even go up half my back. The vendor was nice enough to issue a refund without sending it back. They have a card gloating about their 24/7 customer service but theres no contact information, I had to wait for them to contact me. I'm a bit disappointed in this bean bag lounger. It looks much bigger in the pictures than it really is. And the back part is not very tall. It ends up being more like a pillow. I have an idea that the foam pieces won't hold up if used often.

The measurements are completely made up. It’s listed as 77 inches long, but it is barely 60 inches. The height is also about 6 inches shorter than advertised. Returning it is a hassle as it doesn’t fit in the original box. Definitely regret this purchase due to false advertising.
