  • Works great for multiple applications!
Color: Lime Green
It fit my Klymit sleeping pad with a push/pull valve (and some technique adjustment) and I was able to get silicone ring around the fitting as well to make it work woth attachments for a blow up mattress that my toddler uses for trips. The double size this provides meant it took less blow-n-roll iterations than a pump sack that doesn't have the double sized liner. Fantastic piece of kit, wish it was cheaper, I'd buy two. ... show more

  • Works well.

Again, works well, but pricey.

  • Awesome pumpsack
Color: Lime Green
I got this for my Big Agnes Rapide SL regular wide. It only takes 5-6 bag fulls of air to completely inflate it. It works great and I highly recommend it any compatible mattress.

  • better than your lungs!
Color: Lime Green
This little gem outperforms my electronic pump and takes the work out of inflating your pad. With 5 breaths, I had what I needed to completely inflate my 25 x 72 big agnes pad. This air sack is way better than those that come standard with the pads themselves. As an added bonus, it has a roll top, so you can use it as a pillow or a storage bag for other items in your kid, making it multi functional. ... show more

  • Everything you're hoping for to save lots of time & energy w/little weight & space requirement
Color: Lime Green
I can fill up my old Big Agnes Ultracore (not self-inflating at all, very similar to one seen in a previous review no longer posted, if not the exact same) in about 7-9 bagfuls of air. Like the previous review, you must make an adapter for the valve on this older sleeping pad model. This one is super easy and works very well in a cramped tent at night. As pictured, the main component is a cheap swivel adapter for a standard garden hose diameter tubing, 3/4" female GHT x3/4" hose barb. Any Lowe's, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, or other hardware store will have it, cheap. The valve from the air pad fits snugly, but not too tight, into the vinyl garden hose washer that should come in the swivel adapter. However, it will work better if you put a second washer in there as well so that the valve doesn't come loose as easily when you are inflating the pad (the pack I found came with 6 for a dollar, I just used one of them). The hose barb end goes into the mouth of the sleeping pad pump as shown. One challenge you might decide to tackle, it is hard to get the barb end of the adapter out of the pump bag, so I now just leave it in the pump bag. This means this bag is pretty much dedicated to one purpose in my gear and is never used as a stuff sack. You could just file down the first "barb" on the barb end to make this easier, but it does its job so well and takes up so little space when rolled up and clasped around the rolled up air pad, that I don't care and just leave it in there. I don't want to find it and empty it every time I want to use it anyway. ... show more

  • Broke after two years. Wish it lasted longer.
Color: Lime Green
I got somewhere between 70-90 nights of pad inflation (2 pads per night) before the connector separated from the bag. Maybe its repairable, but I don't want to deal with more potential failures. I still like this bag much better than inflating with my mouth, which I did for years, and never want to go back. I've also tried one of those tiny USB charged battery powered pumps; wow do I hate that thing. Its loud and slow, and another thing I have to keep charged. I'm buying another pumphouse ultra for our two Q-Core Deluxe pads, although I'm currently annoyed with the big agnes sleeping pads. Our Big Agnes tent and down sleeping bag are A+ gear. Couldn't be happier. We've had nothing but problems with the sleeping pads (2 different models Q-Core SLX and Q-Core Deluxe) and now this pumphouse bag. I'm really tired of pad/gear failures on my trips, and repairing and replacing expensive gear. The next sleep pad I buy will not be Big Agnes. ... show more

  • No more passing out at high altitude.
Color: Lime Green
Big Agnes does it again! A featherweight multi use tool. I usually use my sleeping pad at 10k+ feet where there’s much less air to take deep breaths to inflate a pad. I’ve almost passed out many times! Other times I use it in a 100 degree desert where dehydration/heat headaches can be killer when inflating a pad. This eliminates everything but a light breath to inflate the whole sac. About 4 fills of this sac fills my BA insulated rectangular wide pad or my uninsulated rectangular wide UL pad. I keep my sleeeping pad and bag in here since it is a dry bag and bc nothing is worse than a wet sleeping system. I have no idea how this is supposed to function as a camp shower unless you want gallons of water drowning you rapidly, but to each their own. Took 1 star off for that and that despite for how huge this sac is, it doesn’t have compression straps or draws, nor do other models offer that. ... show more

  • Love it, here's why:
Color: Lime Green
LIFE SAVER. Love my BA pad (extra-wide and over 3" thick!), but it takes waaaay too long to inflate, especially when you're tired at the end of a long day. Purchased the pumphouse for a 150-mile backpacking trip in the Sierras on account of not wanting to share my oxygen intake with my pad at those elevations and am so glad I did! I could consistently inflate my pad with ~7 rolls of the pumphouse (vs. 35 manual breaths at sea level), and that would have been quicker if I hadn't been inside a small tent that limited my range of motion. During the day, the pumphouse made a great stuff sack for my pad and sleeping clothes, keeping them all in one handy spot, and at night, after inflating my pad, I'd put my down jacket in the pumphouse to make the comfiest camp pillow I've ever had. If you've got a sleeping pad as large as mine, or just hate breathing into a normal pad until you feel lightheaded, the pumphouse is a must. ... show more
