Came as described- got the 24 pack. I am left handed and these gel pens are my favorite, they rarely give me trouble like other pens can. Not sure if it's the angle I hold them at or what. These do tend to run out of ink fairly quick but they dont smudge my hand and they write very smoothly on most surfaces. I work a lot of Word Find puzzle books and often will try out different pens to use. I liked these pens, they were comfortable to hold, easy to see on the paper in the books, they did not leak or smudge, the ink dried quickly, They are also affordable.

As a baseball umpire, I prefer to use a red pen for entries I make on lineup cards. Coaches never use red so it makes it easy to distinguish between what they handed me and what got changed after the game started. I don’t need a pen running out on me part way through a game. These pens not only write smooth and with a vivid red color, but the barrel is see-through enough to see the level of ink remaining. They also hold up in the intense summer heat here in Phoenix. There’s a comfortable rubber grip that makes the pen easy to grip and hold on to and the retracting mechanism is flawless. I don’t go into a game without one of these pens. The only issue I’ve had was I received a dozen-box with only 11 pens in it. The box was open and having been an Amazon fulfillment employee for a few years, I know this was an employee who didn’t pay attention to details.
