The media could not be loaded. When I got it, it came with four black wire shelves, two keys, a stainless steel handle, an instruction manual, and an L-shaped screwdriver. The beverage cooler is a free-standing unit, and I placed it in the living room. I did a 24-hour wait for the liquids in the compressor to settle before plugging it in and turning it on. The installation of the stainless steel handle required lifting the rubber gasket slightly, where the holes for the screws were located. I inserted the included two handle screws, lock washer, and flat washer into the side of the door from the inside to the outside, and I aligned the holes in the handle with the screws. I tightened the screws using the included L-shaped screwdriver until the base of the handle reached the level of the door and I made sure that the handle was tightened enough so it wouldn't wiggle. Then, I put back the rubber gasket in place to seal the door. The door has a stainless steel frame and thick glass, and there is hardware to reverse the side of the door, but I have no need to do that. The next day, I connected the wine cooler to a surge protector and then to a wall outlet as my neck of the woods, Southern Florida, is prone to frequent thunderstorms. Initially, when I pressed the power button the first time to turn on my beverage cooler, I thought it was not working. However, I later realized that a long press of the power button for five seconds, according to the manual, was required to turn it on. Once on, the wine cooler began cooling. By the way, the power button is on the control panel. In this control panel is also a button to turn on and off the cool blue LED light inside the fridge at the top, a small display that shows the current inside temperature, and minus and plus buttons to decrease and increase the temperature respectively. My unit was set to display the temperature in Celsius, but I switched to Fahrenheit by long-pressing the light on/off button for a few seconds. Its temperature range is 34 degrees Fahrenheit for the lowest setting and 54 degrees Fahrenheit for the highest setting. It holds approximately 80 regular 12 oz bottles if all shelves and the bottom are used. The shelves make it effortless for me to grab beverages as they can be pulled out 1/3 of the way. A lock is located near the bottom of the door, for which there are two keys. I use the lock to secure expensive beverages. The wine cooler does not require defrosting, as it does this automatically. To prevent odors, the wine cooler is equipped with a charcoal filter, located inside on the left side of the fan at the top. The manual advises replacing the filter every year. I removed the black charcoal filter by turning and pulling it out to see if it had any model number on it so I could determine the correct replacement part. I did not find any model number, but when I googled a charcoal filter for the beverage cooler I found products that look identical to the one I currently have in my cooler. In the worst case where I can't find a replacement filter down the road, I could cut open the back of the filter with a sharp utility knife and replace the old carbon granules with new ones. Overall, this wine cooler works as expected. I experienced no frost build-up and saw no condensation on my bottles or cans since I've turned it on over a month ago. The bottles stay dry inside. It maintains the target temperature, and I haven't smelt any odors. The unit is also silent. I barely hear it operating when I'm in front of it. Our two units were installed about 8 months ago. Worked very well. After 8 months (and still in warranty), one began to show an error code on the LED panel and quit cooling efficiently. We contated Yego and they responded within a day with instructions on how to reset the unit. Happy to report that within a day, it was up and cooling again. Very pleasant customer service AND they followed up several weeks later to see how things went (and encouraged us to write a review) which we are happy to do. And, as an update, the unit continued to have problems. Yeego offered to send replacement parts which we refused. Went back and forth for about a month with various offers of $ but eventually they agreed to send a replacement unit, which arrived just yesterday, as well as replacement parts for the unit that was acting up. Overall, it took a bit of work but their customer service ended up being great. ... show more

This beverage cooler works great. Temperature stays consistent and it doesn't take long to chill new items placed in it. It is also very quiet. My only dislike is the shelves are a little flimsy. When the shelves get about half full it starts to bend down in the middle. Pull 1 drink out and the others slide towards the middle. Not a problem for cans but you won't want to keep glass bottles in it (like longneck beer bottles) for they tend to fall over. If the shelves were sturdier I would happily give 5 stars. ... show more

Overall We are delighted with the dual Yeego refrigerators we have installed. We are using one for wine storage and the other for cold storage in our bar area. Yeego might be a few dollars more expensive than other brands that you have never heard of, but I would buy these again and recommend them to others. You wont be sorry. Installation Given that I had a height restriction that was slightly lower than the requirement for these I was a little concerned, but based on the other reviews we ordered these. Pulling out the base cabinet and installing these took a couple of hours. Some of that was figuring out how to reverse the door and installing handles. I did let them sit overnight as one was on its side when delivered. Use After powering these on they immediately began to cool. The wine cooler hit its temperature within an hour and has been rock solid ever since. As expected, the refrigerator side took a bit longer to get to temp, but has been holding accurate temps since then. I have checked both with a laser thermometer a couple of times a day since install. they don't seem to cycle on often so they are holding temperature well as far as I can tell. ... show more
