I had reservations about buying couches on Amazon, but why not? Delivery was pretty smooth and the set was sturdy, but not exceedingly heavy. Two people can lift and move them with some effort. The boxes were a little worse for wear, but there was no damage done to the set and it arrived early. The delivery man was very friendly too. Set up was easy. You really don't need directions, but they were there just in case. I sprayed them down with some fabric protector since the set is a lighter color, so the loveseat looks a little darker in the photo as it is still a little damp. The couch was dry by the time I took the picture and you can see the color looks great. The set is firm, but comfortable. I like that I do not sink down into the furniture and then have to try to climb out of it when I want to get up. The recliners go up and down fairly easily and are pretty nap friendly. As for pets, we have a dog and a cat. The pet hair can be easily vacuumed off and it appears that the set is also catnap friendly. ... show more

I got the couch and chair. Researched and ordered then got nervous because I bought based on the reviews. Well, I love them and delivery was great! The couch is so comfortable, the fabric isn’t a standard microfiber… it’s soft and has like a marbled look. I got the tan fabric and it has ivory stitching that is such a nice finish. The couch is comfortable… you don’t sink in but it’s comfortable and easy to get up. Everyone who visits sits in the chair, they recline and don’t want to get up. I have trouble closing the recliner but my husband does just fine. Everything else is perfect… I would definitely buy again 💕 ... show more

This was very easy to assemble, and is really beautiful. The couches are firm, comfortable and the reclining options are great. The recliners are shorter than our old ones which is not comfortable for my husband who is about 6 feet. I like the recliner but don’t love it and there are a few reasons: 1) the seat itself is short so there’s not a ton of room to snuggle in 2) the leg length is short so for anyone over 5ft, your feet do hang over 3) it doesn’t lock in place when reclining. It’s hard to get in that perfect position which is unfortunate. When you do lean all the way back, you can nap which is nice. For the price, I think it’s a good deal - it fits our family well and is beautiful. ... show more

Fantastic microfiber reclining sofa couch. The microfiber material is super high quality and appears durable. The color matches exactly like in the pictures and the sofa is super comfortable. The seats are not too soft nor are they too firm. They nailed this sofa just like the goldilocks story. Bought the whole set( recliner, love seat, couch) and was impressed with the ease of assembly, sturdiness, firm but comfortable, and fabric. My back doesn’t ache sitting in these for awhile compared to our previous other brand name set.

    • Defective after 10 months, SELLER UNRESPONSIVE

Comfortable and easy to put together, but the stuffing comes out every time I use the reclining function, and I end up vacuuming a large amount of couch stuffing every few weeks from under the couch (not a big deal, but definitely points to this couch being of very poor quality). Finally last week one of the springs fell out of the couch after only 10 months of use (I weigh about 160 pounds). I know this is a relatively inexpensive couch, but I certainly hoped for better quality, and more importantly a SAFE couch. I assume it is under warranty since I only purchased it last December. Both myself and Amazon have tried to contact the seller for a resolution, but have gotten no response. I also went to their website directly and they do not have ANY contact information listed, only a chat function, which I have tried multiple times to use to contact them, again with no response. This couch and loveseat combo is very comfortable and pretty reasonably priced. They look great and are pretty much what you want from a couch. However, the shipping and packaging where not great. Before it even left the truck, the cardboard packaging looked like it was going to fall apart and the tape was peeling. Probably due to poor packing, there was a hole poked in the side of the couch (see photos). Better shipping and handling would make this a 5 star product, but getting damaged goods is a bummer. ... show more
