It appears to be accurate overall. the indicator is not flutter resistant, so you end up with an approximate reading, but for most general work that is likely adequate. I do like the bypass to let fuel through to help check purity of fuel. Overall, plenty of fittings and the tool to use it with.

I would like for it to have had atleast a small list of what each fitting would be used on, or any type of instruction on how to use each fitting. It is self explanatory IF you have some knowledge on the vehicle(s) you are working on. It is easy to use, case is decent for the price.

    • Good working tester gauge

One thing I have learned is that while you don't need the most expensive tools, you do need tools that will actually get the job done. The first fuel pressure tester gauge I bought was from Harbor Freight. I can recommend a lot of Pittsburgh things, but that ain't one of them. It fit nicely enough where I needed it to, but it leaked terribly from inside the gauge and failed. Strike one. Then I bought a BlueDriver brand gauge. Loved their bluetooth OB2 scan tool. Hated their fuel pressure tester. It had an adjustable nozzle on the fuel line instead of multiple adapters. Well, that adjustable nozzle didn't seal properly against any fuel port valve I tried it on. Leaked everywhere. Strike two. Thankfully, I finally got it right on the third try. I used the tester for a '99 Saturn SL2 which ultimately required an adjustable nozzle adapter to fit on the port. This one sealed successfully, as the adjustable design worked as intended and I could definitively compare where the BlueDriver one failed. The BETOOLL worked perfectly, didn't leak, and I got a nice, clean PSI reading. You can buy an inexpensive kit, but it has to get the job done. I went with a questionable brand and an untested brand, and those didn't cut it. So do yourself a favor and invest in this tool, because it will actually get the job done. ... show more

Very nice for my purpose, which was diagnosing the fuel pump assembly on my dirt bike. Bought a few extra clamps and a few extra feet of fuel hose so I could measure my fuel pump pressure while fuel pump was on (fuel pump pressure *has* to be measured while the vehicle/bike is running with an open flow to the system - don't have your fuel pump dead end into the fuel gauge because it'll give you a higher reading than if you're running your car/motorcycle). Was able to quickly rule out my fuel pump assembly and found out my TSP sensor was bad. Pair this with a OBD2 engine fault reader for car/motorcycle diagnostics. ... show more
