Notice 1. Please pre-check that the firmware version of all devices connect with this transmitter is the same one, like the transmitter, TX module, etc, so that they can bind together. 2. Please DO NOT change the ESC or Motor settings on the Betaflight configurator, BLHeli Configurator, or Bluejay Configurator, otherwise, the FC will be invalid. 3. Only ELRS 2.4G version supports motor direction set through Betaflight Configurator and SPI Frsky version does not support it. BLHeli Configurator and Bluejay Configurator are invalid for the BB51 ESC (both versions). 4. Cetus X Brushless Quadcopter should work with two 1S batteries. Do not recommend using different brand batteries. 5. The frame and props are visible when the camera's angle is 0°. Adjust it to about 25°, then the frame and props are invisible when flying. The media could not be loaded. It was going insanely well and I was really enjoying the drone, then it suddenly lost all power to the camera randomly while I was flying, so it ended up crashing and now whenever I try and fly it the camera loses feed randomly

    • Great little drone
I will start by saying that I bought this to use with a remote I already had (obviously as the listing is for drone only) and FPV goggles I had from another BetaFPV kit. works great with both. the brushless motors are strong and its very responsive, a little bigger then my other drone but this size is perfect still for flying around the house and heavy enough to handle some outdoor flying. It is worth nothing that I ALMOST returned it as I couldn't figure out how to connect it to my controller (Radiomaster Zorro 4 in 1 with a nano ELRS module) the bind button didn't want to put it into bind mode. but I ended up plugging the controller into a PC and running the elrs management tool and setting a binding string, then setting that same string on the drone in Betaflight. Took a long time on youtube to figure it out as I am pretty new to fpv drones and there wasn't a specific video on the topic. when setting the string also make sure you set the drone and radio to the right frequency so that they will bind up. in betaflight its in the same spot as the name and with EdgeTX (the software on my radio and the BetaFlight Pro radio) frequency can be changed on the profile. but once they were set I turned them both on and they connected like they had been doing it for years. If you are REALLY new I suggest a full kit unless you like to tinker with stuff. But I took the leap and I am glad I did. ... show more

    • It's fun to fly, but the camera gets hot and the video signal gets lost in mid-flight
I really like flying this drone, but after 4 battery packs the camera gets hot and stops sending the video feed to the goggles which can be really exciting in the middle of a flight! In my opinion, the video feed has a lot of glitches so you really have to pay attention to where you are in your flight, I just fly around on my 1 acre lot and I am getting used to where all of the trees are!! It is a lot of fun, I am new to drones so this is a good starter drone for flying FPV!! ... show more

This is a great drone for beginners and fun for veterans of the hobby. It’s very fast for the size and was easy to bind to my remote I already had. I bought a couple different kinds of drones to learn with and this one is by far my favorite.

I first had the Cetus pro and decided to upgrade after I got an ELRS controller (Jumper T-pro) and am having a blast! This little thing has lots more power and range. It's turtle mode actually flips the drone unlike my Cetus pro. The Cetus X is a bit larger and feels like it while flying. I haven't gotten the upgraded 550 batteries and am just using the 450's but it still flies awesome! Everything so far has been a blast! ... show more

Ordered this and it doesn't state there is no remote included, but don't expect one to show up because it is not part of this "bundle". I got the VR goggles and batteries, but no remote so it's pretty much useless to me as of now. I will give it 1 star since I can't use it -____-

I fly larger fpv drones and my children are interested l, however a 11& 13yr old flying larger drones with no experience doesn’t seem safe. This Cetus X is a backyard ripper, took my children to a large soccer field to teach the basics after 20mins they had on goggles and was flying with confidence. If your new this is a good choice. Only downside is after we purchased betafpv release another Cetus for beginners with altitude hold. ... show more
