There are a few issues like it takes a while to heat up when you’re putting in cold water so maybe you could try to tap into the hot water in your house when filling. Also, there is a bright light that stays on all the time that’s a little annoying. But those are very small complaints compared to the positive which is once you get into this thing and put the bubbles on, you forget everything bad in the world. For full disclosure, I have purchased a number of these from a number of different companies and this one is by far the best. After much research, this spa seemed to fit our need and space and style. Super durable ( can sit on the side edge) ,& inside its comfortable even tho technically you are sitting on the floor or the ground, as it’s padded! the water depth is great, water can reach all the way up to my chin when positioned sitting on spa floor! I was unsure if my shoulders would be in water at my height being tall , but , no problem . Easy set up and fill , we have been using & will be using this spa quite often. The media could not be loaded. I would give it 4.9 starts due to the lack of quick air attachment. My previous best way had it and I had to order a small pump to add air So I don’t have to disconnect the. Whole thing. It has survived nights into teens without a problems. I did wrap pipes and it has the thermal blanket PLUS I put an added cover of silver bubble type insulation like you would wrap a water heater with. I am waiting for temps to be consisting above 39 before I heat it above 85. ... show more

I was reluctant to try one of these inflatable hot tubs,but I finally did!! It's pretty nice! For it being a seasonal tub it's awsome! Bubbles blast and stays enough hot for a good 30 minute soak! Very sturdy so far

Right out of the box after setting up and filling with air and water came out the next morning and it was completely empty of air. Do not buy do not recommend. This is my second one that did exactly the same thing shame on me for thinking the second one would be better.

Great spa, comes with Wi-Fi and an app that you can manage the controls from anywhere. Took less than two hours to assemble and got up to operating temperature in about 24 hours. Running great so far and no issues. Also comes with a winter cover that would cost extra if sold separately.

First time owners of an inflatable hot tub. Very disappointed in the directions for setup and startup recommendations for using the hot tub. The directions were mainly "pictures" which were not very clear. Plus, there were no recommendations for startup settings as far as how long to run the filtration and heater. WE also had issues in connecting the wifi. We have numerous smart plugs et cetera and have had no issues with other companies in connecting their devices to our wifi (router). We ended up calling their customer service line and spoke to 1 customer service rep who was very "cold" and another who seemed clueless when asked about their phone app as far as the main page display. ... show more
