You get what you pay for. The base has NO weight at all and these chairs are very time consuming to put together. I bought 5 of these chairs and 3 of the 5 the holes on the bottom of the chair didnt line up and the arms were nearly impossible to line up on all 5. I order this for our spa the first one came in good condition. Then we ordered one more it came damaged, we asked for a prepaid return label, they kept giving us the run around. We ordered on more it also came in a damaged box we refused shipping and had ups send back. Now amazon is helpng us get label from Company. Warehouse "accidentally" canceled my order so I had to wait even longer to receive my chair and when I began to assemble it I noticed pieces missing.
