Max was my best friend and shadow for 15 years. I can’t tell you how painful losing him has been for me. I have never had a pet cremated and wasn’t sure how I felt about it. This personalized urn is sturdy, attractive and makes a wonderful memorial for our beloved pet. The personalization options offer good design variety. However, the preview option is a bit difficult to view because of the angle and glare shown in the photo. It's a bit of a leap of faith that you will get something that you like. But, we were very pleased when we received the urn. The personalized etching is very well done. My only issue with the craftsmanship is that not all of the paw prints (which were clearly stenciled onto the urn before the personalized etching was done) are crisp.
