It’s made of pressed wood particles and the screws broke the area My son had to use regular screw to bolt the pieces together. This folding sewing table comes In a heavy, well protected cardboard box. All parts are identified, and there is a very clear assembly manual. It requires a lot of space to assemble, and it took me a good 3 hours as the large wood parts are heavy. Watch out for a couple of small square wooden parts that look like spacers but they're actually needed for one of the door containers. It really looks fantastic for the price and it's really convenient, I put it away in a closet when done and everything is ready when I need it. Note that several other brands sell virtually the same item (the only difference I could notice was the door shelves, which are plastic on the other brands and wooden on this one). This one for some reason is significantly cheaper than the others so I strongly recommend it: you won't be skipping on anything with this one. Great product. ... show more

Love this piece of furniture. It is a perfect addition to my new craft room. Great storage for my sewing machine. And will be a fantastic island in the middle of the room when wheeled out for projects and extended. The cam locks are quality and all the panels were solid. Great value with this product. Our only small draw back was that it did not come with the Allen key when it said that there was one included, but we had one that fit from another assembly. If you are on the fence, go for it! I'm giving this 5 stars for the actual product. It's sturdy, especially for the price. It's taller than I anticipated, which is fine. I'm using this for a resin table that is expandable for when my craft room/office will be a guest room. Couple of thing, the instructions suck as far as knowing what screws go into which holes. Or what way a board is supposed to face. Actual assembly was fine. Another flaw is the pegs that are supposed to go into the carpartment with shelves didn't fit. I'll order metal pegs anyhow. Overall, it mo es well, seems level, and feels sturdy, no wobbling. Def nice for the price. ... show more

This cabinet is very attractive. Blends very well with our home. The assembly was not too bad. I did take a while. My only complaint are the wheels that come with it. The way that they are installed on the cabinet allow it to wobble at times. I have tile flooring and it's very noticeable. It can be tricky to open at times, but that might have been me not adjusting the swinging middle door that acts as support for the table. The leg room is fair. Maybe someone a bit taller or larger build would seem it to be a bit tight, for our use, it's no different that the leg room in a basic office desk. The material is compressed wood just like any furniture now a days or like something from Walmart. The screws that come with it to attach the hinges are very tiny and you have to be sure to tighten them, but not over tighten them as you will spit the predrilled hole anyway. I am ok with this table simply because for the price, you can't buy a solid wood one. Time will tell how this holds up to the regular use. As of now, we are quite happy with it. I will tinker with the wheel situation and see if I can tighten them in a what which make it easier to move. ... show more
