I had been unable to stand up straight or walk for over 14 months without a cane, walker or wheelchair. This brace made it possible for me to stand and walk unassisted after wearing it for 6 hours. I did not need to wear it all the time or even every day. It was Amazing. I was going to have to have surgery to get the results I achieved from this brace. I am sorry it is no longer available - it needs to be available to everyone who has lumbar/sacral issues whether from stenosis or other injury. Amazon, bring this item back! ... show more

I wear a size 38 jeans or pants and the chart said to buy a medium but I bought a large because it most of the reviews says that the sizes run small. I get the large and it fits but just barely and it’s so tight it’s uncomfortable. I do believe the next size up would fix the issue. That is my only real complaint because the quality of the brace seems to be really well-made. So if you get the correct size, I do believe you will be OK if this is the area that your back hurts at ... show more
