First of all when assembling do not use the silly angle Allen wrench and 10mm wrench included, use a combination 10mm wrench and a cordless drill with Allen tip on magnetic tip holder. Open all boxes first. Remove all parts and lay them out with letters visible. Take 1 of the empty boxes and use as a workbench. Will take another set of hands to hold parts while hand tightening screws. Put all screws in first finger tight before using drill to tighten. Took about an hour to assemble. After my wife changed the layout of seating for about a week, I installed the clips to hold the sections together. Do yourself a favor and spend 10 bucks more to get an extra set of clips. Three clips per union works way better than 2. We also purchased the 2 ottoman storage set that has the removable cushions so u can use as end table or footrest or actual seat. These come pre assembled, just take them out of the box. GREAT place to store the furniture cover that was included with the set. Had set about a month now, no complaints. I have read complaints in other reviews about getting boxes on different days, the rattan not lining up, 6 hours to build!? Furniture moving around.. Belive me was a simple build with drill w/ allen wrench tip on magnetic tip holder and the box end of a 10mm wrench. Also, those sticky things that you put in drawers and toolbox drawers so utensil don't slide when you open drawers hold the cushions from sliding around. Think mine were Rubbermaid brand. Just lay them under the cusions. Cushions are 4 inches thick and comfortable. They are WATER RESISTANT, not water proof. For the 599 I paid, I could not be any more satisfied. BTW, my 2 Morkies, Rocco and Benji simply love the set. They use it way more than we do! Great look, good price! The set also comes with seat clips to help keep the sections securely in place. We have had this set for almost a year now and it has held up to the Texas weather pretty well. We went with the gray and black color scheme, as everything in our house is grey, black and white. The set has a modern and sophisticated look that complement our outdoor décor. The included pillows add a pop of color and extra comfort for lounging. The seats are pretty comfortable and the pillows matched the rug we already had for outside. Additionally, the set comes with a cover included, which can help protect it from the elements and keep it looking great for years to come. I forgot to put the cover on it this winter but will try and remember for next year. The only issue that we have had with this set actually happened today. Since we are probably done with our winter months, I decided to strip the covers from all the cushions and wash them all to get ready for summer. They washed up easily and got pretty clean, but washing them did create mass bundles of strings from the cushion cover stitching. We were able to untangle them, cut the strings and put them back on the couch cushions without too much issue. It was just more annoying and did give me pause if they would still fit like they did before. They did fit like they did before so overall I am still happy with them. This furniture set was super easy to put together and has held up surprisingly well under all the crazy weather conditions we have in the Midwest. We’ve changed around the configuration multiple times and it always looks amazing and isn’t difficult to do. The cushions did slip, but we added Velcro and they now stay in place perfectly. The Velcro was able to adhere to the wicker with no problems, and we can remove the cushions and put them back with no issues. The cushions aren’t really thick, but they are still comfortable and we have no complaints. These are great, especially for the price! ... show more

Literally so cute and amazing. Was a little annoying to put together but it’s overall great. I added Velcro so the seats and cushions don’t move but for the price and free shipping you will not find a better deal. The cushions are comfortable and not thin I am very happy with my purchase.

Assembling the product is not an easy task. The bolts require an allen (hex) key, which they supply, but in some parts space is limited for tightening. I ended up using a cordless screwdriver and a socket set to assemble. The bolt strip easily, so be sure to take care. In my case, I doubt I will ever be able to loosen some bolts if I need to. The structure is very sturdy. The quality of materials is not great, but I guess it's what you can expect at this price point. I give this 3 stars due to assembly and quality of materials. As for comfort, it's not bad, but you will definitely want to secure the pillows with velcro strips. It looks great though, and ours is undercover so I suspect it will last a while. If you intent to have this sit out exposed and have frequent use, I would recommend spending more and buying something with better quality material. ... show more
