Item was described multiple times as having one lock and two keys. However, each of the three locks are keyed to different keys. There are three locks and six keys making it difficult and unnecessary to keep track of which keys go to which locks. The drawers came with locks pre-assembled so it doesn't appear that the locks can be replaced. I've contacted the company for assistance with re-keying the locks so that all locks open with the same key. I'm awaiting a response. EDIT: After contacting the company about the keys they very quickly responded and offered to ship a master key that can open all three locks. Perfect! Problem solved. The product arrived well packaged, with metal reinforcement on the corners. I’m happy to say mine was undamaged. Assembly was fairly easy. I did it myself in a sheet on our hardwood floor living room, then slid it to its final location. I am using it to store homeschool materials so it gets daily use. I have had no problems with the drawers, doors, or locks. Very satisfied with this product overall and happy with how quickly their customer service resolved my only complaint. ... show more

Spent a few hours to assemble it, but the process is straightforward. The quality is better than I expected. They even think about small things like washers to make doors silent and little rubber pieces to avoid loud metal sounds while closing doors. Recommended!

This cabinet is nice with the exception of it takes 3 different keys for 3 locks. Why can't you just the same dang key!!
