The first rod I purchased, the guides did not line up with the butt. I returned it. A few days later I was contacted by a company rep from BerryPro to see what they could do to make it right. I told them it was a great-looking rod with quality components and I would very much like to have one that everything lined up correctly. They said to give them 7-10 and that they would send me one.
