This watch is absolutely beautiful. It comes in a lovely case, and includes all of the tools to adjust it yourself. Personally, I've never bought a watch where the company was that thoughtful about your possible need to adjust it. I appreciated that very much! Another interesting thing - the watch was completely covered in clear plastic to protect the coloring and to ensure no scratches. So once you peel it off, you see the true shine of the watch. Nice. There's also a veryyyyyy little tiny plastic part keeping the battery from going yet. You'll probably remove that when you're removing the clear plastic from the watch itself. The band twists, so it has a lot of movement (see photo). That makes it extremely comfortable. Aside from that, it is delicate and lovely. The gold looks gorgeous with the black face that I got, and it kept time well in my experience. The box it came in is quite pretty, which makes it an excellent idea for gift-giving. It is a gorgeous gold with rose-gold lettering of the company name, and the box itself slides out of the top. The inside of the box is a a soft brown foam (the part the watch is in is molded). Included are: an instruction manual, tools to fit (size) the watch, and a little booklet for how to size the watch strap, and of course the watch itself. My watch fit my fairly tiny wrists just fine with sizing so I have no complaints at all about that. Overall, it's a dainty and beautiful watch. It is graceful and moves with your wrist, so it is not uncomfortable or poking you. I believe it's a good price point for what you get. It can be dressed up or for more casual wear. I'll begin with: I do love the watch! The bracelet will require links removed for most people. After running out of patience time and again, and fearing I would ruin the watch.......I finally took it to a jeweler and paid $20.00 to have the required 4 links removed...
