So I have been on a fasting journey and really needing something to suppress my appetite or at least get my mind off food (food noise victim here). I have used Glucomannan pills before and considered B12 shots, I tried ACV which helps kinda but NOTHING like this stuff!! I add it to my celsius, plain water, sparkling water etc. and the taste is very bearable, but in juice or flavored drinks it's just totally undetectable. I am genuinely so not hungry and I am normally always snacking & thinking about what I'll eat next mid meal, insatiable & overeating. It's pretty fast acting and I genuinely can say I am not even hungry, when I eat it's almost like a chore (not in some horrible way though it's just something I know I need to do and now something that overtakes my entire brain) and I feel so full! Ingredients seem solid. Hard taste, but I treat it as medicine. =) Not horrid, but a dropper is enough. My health decisions ask to give this a solid try. I'm half way thru first bottle. Will see

Love LOVE this stuff, delicious and the ingredients are so good for us. I loved it so much I shared the link with several friends and family who also purchased BUT when I visited my friend I found her bottle was not the same concentration as my original purchase. This item states it is not eligible for a refund. The first photo shows a rich deep berberine and the second is a watered down/ diluted version. I’m confident Amazon will make it right but as a consumer the product quality is disappointing. ... show more

Edit: Because I bought the product, I just prayed over it and took it to the end. Didn't really notice any change in health so definitely not ordering again. The only positive was the bottle is glass and the taste was pleasant. This was the first time I took the product. The dropper would not collect more that .75 ml of the liquid. More importantly when I pulled it out to take it, the dye on the dropper looked smeared and when I touched it, it started smudging and mixing with the residual product on the dropper. I hope the dye on the dropper if food grade but I'm uncomfortable thinking I'm getting a supplement with mysterious dye with every dose. This needs to be addressed. I understand some of the ingredients may be strong but I never have encountered a dropper bleeding dye. Now I'm not even sure if I still want to take it. ... show more
