I bought one of these for my daughter a while back and asked if I could borrow it during her summer break. I already had my own bento box but it didn't hold enough food. This one holds nicely sized portions, and having its own utensils is very convenient. I am very happy with this product.

The bags are great, insolated and close and open super great. The insolated cup is amazing. Can be heated in the microwave and go. Stays hot for hours. I have yet to use it for cold. The "bento type box" is good but not great. Doesn't have as many compartments, but the muffin cups are wonderful for sides and to save room and add more compartments. You can't have anything too large on the bottom or the top layer won't fit and the lid won't close without the top layer. I do wish it was more versatile and be able to just use the big bottom section by itself but you can't. Overall it's a great product, very small complaints. Amazing value for the price! Oh and I do hand wash everything and not put in the dishwasher ... show more

Super cute idea but there's no way to keep your food chilled. It needs an ice pack or allow one of the trays to be placed in the freezer. Also, the lid fell off while I was carrying it but, luckily, the inner lid stayed intact so I didn't lose my salad.

Such a great little box! The side clasps are a little tricky to click, but not to hard. The top compartment doesn't seal between the two sections, so if you have something like fruit in one half the juice can make it over to the other side if the container tips. Other than that it is a wonderful box! ... show more

I used for one year to pack my child’s lunch never has a problem. After a year of use the the bag had some stains that don’t wash off anymore

I like the bento box which a few exceptions. It held stuff well, but the bottom pot Orion had to be smaller than I would have liked or the lid wouldn’t close. The top container will sometimes transfer from one side to the other, but I’ve never had a problem with leaking. You can see in the picture that the top container has already cracked and I’ve only have the item 1 month. I gave it 3 starts because it worked well up until this point. ... show more

I love this lunch box, it comes with so many knick knacks and it serves its purpose. The lunch bag has a thin insulated material inside, the silverware is small but functional and can be used as chopsticks. The material is durable and I feel comfortable microwaving the bottom box and the little soup can. The way the lunchbox snaps shut, I hope the mechanism is long lasting. Also, the bottom compartment is not too tall so you can't put a thick sandwich, etc. in there but I haven't encountered any problems with the lunch I pack. And the silicone muffin cups are so versatile!! You can use them as little cups, muffin liners, for steaming, and much more! Love this product! ... show more

The bento box is quite fragile you have to be careful not to drop it, but is quite spacious you can put a meal and snacks. The bag keeps the food hot or cold depending of the temperature
