  • 420-800mm f/8.3-16 Manual Telephoto Zoom Lens: Compatible/Replacement for Canon EOS Rebel SL3 SL2 T8i T7i T7 T6 T6s T6i 1D 5D 6D 90D 80D 77D 4000D etc
  • User Instruction: This is a MANUAL lens, NO electronic contacts, that's why your camera will not recognize the lens, it requires full manual settings on camera & lens body, please switch to M MODE in order to use this lens correctly. Tips to use our Manual Lens: 1)Attaching the lens with T ring adapter(including) to your camera; 2)Set the mode dial to Manual (M).
  • Manual Focus: Please rotate the focus ring of the lens to achieve focus. Shutter speed and ISO need to be adjusted in general, so it is recommended to use it at "M". At the same time, due to the large magnification of the telephoto lens, the slightest shaking of the hand greatly affects the quality of the picture, so pls use it with a tripod.
  • Telephoto Lens: Equipped with ultra-high-definition multi-layer optical components and aluminum alloy housing. For those who photograph wildlife or the moon as a hobby, this lens would be a great choice.
  • Note: EF mount lens is not suitable for Canon M and R series cameras. Please check the camera mount carefully. Please feel free to contact us for more information on the settings and using. Meanwhile, manual lenses all need to be used by buyers with shooting experience. It is not recommended for beginners.

  • Great, Cheap, Beginner Lens
Size: For Canon-dslr (EF/EF-S mount) *: Black
Great long range lens for an inexpensive price. It is a bit stiff when adjusting your focal length and focus. So definitely not as great for dynamic situations where your subject may be changing distance from you fairly quickly. I'm pretty new to photography but I've had lots of fun trying to capture images. Attached some images taken with the lens in varying light and distances from 15' to over 300'. ... show more

  • Questionable build quality - mileage may vary
Size: For Canon-dslr (EF/EF-S mount) *: White
EDIT: Had a bad experience with first purchase of lens but after receiving a replacement I've not had the same issues with the build. Possible QC issues but this second lens has been working out well and feels much sturdier somehow. Excited to finally get good use out of it. Image quality is pretty good for the low price. I'd recommend it if you have use for zoom and don't want to spend like crazy. EARLIER REVIEW- Lens works fine enough with ok image quality, but the provided T ring broke into two pieces and the tripod mount snapped almost immediately. Got about two days of use from it before it's essentially useless as I can't get the broken ring off to even replace it. Other reviews are good so mileage may vary but I'm processing a return or replacement and I've owned this for three days total :/ ... show more

  • No aperture adjustment
Size: For Canon-dslr (EF/EF-S mount) *: Black
It can zoom to a farther distance but can’t get a well focused shot. You only rely on the shutter speed and ISO adjustments. It is frustrating if you want to use the aperture. The ring that is used to hold for tripod attachment split broken after few usage. It is not a good product. Save yourself some money and buy a good and reliable lens even if it costs more. ... show more

  • Worth it for a starter lens and learning.
Size: For Canon-dslr (EF/EF-S mount) *: White
The lens definitely isn’t top of the line but it can get the job done for sure. The manual focus is something i had to practice with but i was able to actually get some pretty decent shots at an airshow in panama city FL. Trying to get photos of moving planes was pretty hard because you had to adjust the focus a lot but once you kinda get your grove going it’s easy. ... show more

  • Works great!
Size: For Canon-dslr (EF/EF-S mount) *: Black
I can go to an outlook in my town, see the one city that's 20 miles away, take a picture, and it's as if I was standing curbside to a house the picture is so good. Works great for planes and birds that are far away too. Great for the price!

  • Great Quality for the Price
Size: For Canon-dslr (EF/EF-S mount) *: White
This is a great lense for cheap. I’m able to get high quality shots of wildlife with this attached to a different cameras. There’s no weird filter, vignette, or resolution. The only con is the weight, but that’s a known issue with camera equipment. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

  • Image/lens quality is lacking
Size: For Canon-dslr (EF/EF-S mount) *: White
I frequently use manual focus on my camera and bought a tripod to account for the zoom/stability. Images aren’t so much blurry, as the are “rainbow-y” around the focused image. I also did not find the zoom to be much more significant that my 300mm lens and have reverted to using that and hardly use this at all, unfortunately. Even at the $70 price point, I did not find the investment worth it. ... show more

  • A nice lens, especially for the price
Size: For Sony E/NEX Mirrorless *: Black
For the price this is a great lens. It gives good images, reasonably sharp. It also works better with other lens add-ons (e.g. 2x telephoto attachments that screw onto the front of the lens) because it will focus past infinity. Build quality is solid. The ring locking the zoom (which then allows focusing) is primitive but adequate. The lens is basically a telescope with a camera mount attached. It does not have a diaphragm (so no choice of f stop) and there are no focus marks, you just turn the focusing tube until the image is focused. Color seems ok, I didn't notice any obvious chromatic problems. But I just took some landscape pictures, not sure what it would do with something like astrophotography. The lens will also work on any camera - it's an M42 mount with an adapter provided. So if you also have a different brand camera it will work using a different adapter. A nice long telephoto for "the rest of us". You won't get the image quality of a $2000 lens but also won't break your bank account. ... show more
