I have been sleeping with ultra soft but heavy 100% cotton blankets for over 15 years now. I have gone through 2 more expensive blankets in the time frame, but yet again, time to get a new one. This one is a bit lighter than the previous blankets and has does not quite have the same ultra soft feel that they did, but it is a great value. I bought two twin size blankets, one navy blue, and one sage green and they’re just what I wanted. I washed them right away and they did not shrink. I followed washing instructions, wash in cold water and dry on low for 10 minutes only. They needed to finish air drying, but it didn’t take long, they did not shrink; I tried one on the bed before washing to see how it fit, and they fit the same when they were done washing and drying.
