This tent has been through some serious rain storms and a snow storm and has held up with no issues. I bought it almost a year ago and it's still in great condition. My birds love it.. it's the perfect height for them to feel covered and safe yet roomy enough they aren't scared of it. Assembly was very easy. I did add a tarp to one side of it to create a closed in space. I would def recommend this product. So many items now a days are jsut flimsy and cheap. The dog shade has been wonderful for our Bernedoodle. In the summer, it provided a shady spot for her to relax and the shade has been valuable in the winter to provide a snow free area when she is outside to play. We have 2 great pyrenees i bought 2 tents. Within 1 week 1 tent was destroyed at the velcro strap... bought a replacement tent...destroyed in 2 days ... 2nd tent was gone in 2 weeks. Waste of money!!

Wish it was a little more sturdy fabric or there was a metal cover for the fabric covered rod at the velcro closure point. Our LGDs grabbed the velcro strip and ripped it right off 2 tents AND the replacement cover we ordered. Fits 100+ lb Great Pyrenees perfectly. Even the chickens loved them. Think this would be great for most dogs, however! ... show more
