I’m glad I decided to try to do my own gel X nails. I wasn’t feeling so confident until I was thinking about all the money I’ve spent getting my nails done. Usually it was over $70 plus tip! It’s always an extra charge for length, shape, French tips etc! Last time I paid $90 only because I wanted some fun Halloween designs. I will NOT pay that much ever again. I’m happy with how my nails came out using this kit. I think I did pretty good for my first time. The trickiest part when you use this kit is avoiding getting air bubbles between your nail and the artificial nail. I had to remove two nails because I can see moisture trapped in the air bubbles. I don’t have a drill but I did have to file around the cuticle area to make it look better. Don’t put too much glue in the cuticle area or it’ll dry weird and you’ll have more to file down. I’m looking forward to seeing how long my nails will last. I was getting them done every 3-4 weeks. So this kit is saving me a lot of money! Lol I recommend this kit because it includes the basic things you need like the UV lamp, the nails, glue, nail trimmer and a nail file. You just need to buy the gel polish for color. ... show more

To be upfront, I am partial to anything Beetles. 🙌🏻 ❤ When I got these fake full coverage nails, I tried them and was astonished with the outcome! 😁 Prep your nail as you would for gel polish. Make sure to buff underneath the false tips. They come in 0-9 sizes. Choose the side for each finger that covers side wall to side wall. Get your fabulous flash cure light that came in the package (bonus as far as I'm concerned) 🤸🏼♀ After you have buffed your nail and the underside of the false nail. You can wipe with a cotton nail wipe dipped in alcohol to clean both surfaces. Take One Piece of nail at a time, the glue doesn't take much to ahere. Brush on (I use any ole brush I have) enough onto the the undersurface and from there from the beginning of the top of your nail to the end of the false nail press the false nail to tbe end of your own nail. Do not press hard as the gule will come out of each side in a messy..(oh my goodness I used too much moment!) Dip a clean nail brush into alcohol and clean any excess glue before you enter under the flash cure light that comes with the kit for the time recommended. Continue to press down while flash curing where most of the light shines onto your false nail tip. I then put my nail in a regular size nail lamp for 30 seconds more until the nail is cured enough. I Have Faith In You! Now I have 10 beautiful Nails in Black and 2 Red For Halloween! 🎃 👻 I HOPE THIS HELPS 💅🏻 AT LEAST ONE PERSON!! ... show more

He’s a really good nails but just make sure that you’re caring for a long enough and you’re doing really good prep work because I’m most definitely put it over my skin at one point I had to take them off and redo them because it was hurting my finger, but that was my fault not brown’s fault. I have heard a lot of things bad about the Beatles but if you just follow the rules of gel, they will be fine and you will be too ... show more

Ok so at first I was nervous I've never done nails at home ever with the exception of just nail polish on my natural nails. I love getting my nails done but the maintenance can be expensive. This is now my second time using these nails and I absolutely love them! I bought gel polish (as seen above) and it comes out beautiful everytime. Im a teacher and I don't like sharp or too long because I teach 2-5 year olds and don't want to accidentally scratch them. I got about 16 days out of my nails before they started to pop one by one. Tip: if you don't have alcohol prep wipes (I didn't) isopropyl 70% and a cotton ball works perfectly for prep. ... show more

Love this kit! I used a dehydrator and nail primer along with this kit and my nails last! I work in a warehouse so I’m lifting boxes all day and my nails have lasted 2 weeks so far. And I’ve banged them on boxes a few times and they aren’t lifting yet. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

I’ve been using Beetles products for two years now and have been 100% pleased. Normally I do not like nail tips because they don’t stay on (unless professionally done). I decided to try the beetles brand ones. They look great but it’s been less than 24 hrs and several have popped off needing to be replaced. I am very disappointed in them. I’m not hard on nails.
