my 12 yo son plays football and basketball, and has trouble keeping all his stuff together for games and practices so I got this bag and I put everything in it including snacks and drinks, it has room for cleats or sneakers and holds everything he needs, I like that it is reflective for safety...its really a big bag U may need to adjust the straps for a smaller kid, I wouldnt recomend it for a kid younger than 12 or a smaller kid, my son is about 5"3 and 120 lbs it is a bit on the big side for him but it would be too big for a younger or smaller kid.... ... show more

I love this bag, is a nice looking bag, the straps are comfortable, and it is very roomy/has a few pockets. I only have two problems with the bag 1 is adjusting the straps sucks and when you do they become long at the bottom so I wish there was a better way to adjust them. 2nd thing is the cup holders, I have broken a Contigo water bottle bc it kept slipping out but it was also raining so I think that had a part in it bc I never had a problem before, so just be careful if it’s raining and you have a sleek/steel cup, other than that I’m happy with this purchase. ... show more

My son needed a drawstring bag for middle school, so we got this one. It's great! Plenty of compartments, even one for his gym clothes, and nice side bottle compartments. My only complaint is that it hurts on the shoulders if worn with the drawstrings, so he holds it by the handles. But other than that, it's great. Strong and lots of colors to choose from. Simple to use drawstring pack that appears to be made of durable material (no problems while walking through Europe cities for two weeks). The water bottle holder is sized to hold a wide range of bottles and you can easily adjust the size of the draw strings. I also liked that once tightened, it was difficult for anyone to steal anything because you needed to pull with a fair amount of force to open up the bag. Of course, if you are carrying a bunch of stuff the narrow straps will dig in after a while but it is perfect for a light jacket or sweatshirt and a modest water bottle. We liked it so much we bought one more after our trip. One of the better drawstring bags I have seen and very reasonably priced! ... show more
