I washed everything before we brought it to school. Everything washed well, including the comforter (used a front load washer). The fabric is SO SOFT. My daughter absolutely loves how it feels. The lavendar color is pretty, a little subtle, but pretty. We have a 3-inch gel-infused mattress topper on top of her dorm mattress and the fitted sheet secured nicely around the mattress and topper. Received the set in a timely manner and packaged well. Was very surprised for the price as they are very good quality and excellent appearance. Just as described. Had no smell to them. I immediately washed the sheets in cold water and dried them and placed them on my bed for guest. They were wrinkle free and better then a set that are more expensive sheets that I already own. The bedspread is thick nice looking and my guest said that the sheets were very comfortable and the bedspread was very warm. So I made a great choice! The color was as described. The bed sheets are better than I expected. The only reason I gave 4-Stars was because the comforter is made out of a light cotton. I thought it had a different outer material. I've not slept on the set yet. But, the comforter is rather lightweight. I don't mind that. But, I can't imagine using it in super cold parts of U.S. such as Minnesota or the Dakota's. The sheets feel very soft and made well. Comforter is nice in itself. I misunderstood the type of outer material the comforter is made. I am however happy with the set and plan on using it. Would recommend. ... show more

It feels more like a natural material and less itchy and weird. This was such a pleasant surprise! I bought these as a placeholder for my daughter because we just moved cross county and don't have our stuff yet. Turns out they are keepers and I'll get rid of some other set. They seem to be made well. They have a classic design but simple enough that it should be washable without falling apart. I have a king size bed and ordered the California king size, not realizing it came with sheets and pillow covers (honestly that was a nice surprise when I opened it). Everything fit, it’s super soft, and is super cozy as well as the sheets. The pattern sown on the comforter has stayed, as well as the color, and has held up great as I have washed it several times. My dogs seem to love it because they have taken over my bed and snore through out the night all while farting….. it’s like watch mini t-Rex’s having the best sleep of their life. So cute right? Wash the sheets in cold and dry on a lower setting. Very pretty color. Not a fan of the solid, match sets. So I doubt I’ll use the sheets for very long. Pros and Cons. Pros; The color is beautiful. The comforter is the perfect weight for me to be used year round. Seems well stitched. And is very soft. Fits perfectly on my Queen bed. Didn’t find any loose threads on the sheets. Cons; The sheets are soft but I don’t think they will hold up for very long. They are on the thinner side. They stretch out pretty easily after putting them on the bed. Which is a petpev of mine. Over all a nice set for the money. I’ll put the sheets on a spare bed, as I think it’s too much teal with out a color break up in one space. ... show more
