This mattress was easy to set up. It had a bit of an oder when first unpackaged. We let it air out and the smell is completely gone. It took about two hours to completely expand. It's a very nice looking and comfortable mattress! Well worth the money!

This mattress does feel decently nice, but it is quite a bit firmer than it states on the listing. This mattress came rolled up in a box and inflated fully after about 24 hours. The texture of the mattress is soft and feels very nice to lay on. There weren't any bumps, lumps, or inconsistencies in the filling, making it a nice experience to lay on no matter the orientation. The innersprings help to minimize movement transfer throughout the mattress, which really helps when either my partner or I wake up in the night. Unfortunately, it's firmer than I thought it would be. The listing says "medium plush" but I would say it's closer to medium firm. It was a bit difficult to get used to it after a few days. I'm normally a side sleeper, but trying to do that on this mattress makes my shoulder hurt. I would recommend this if you're wanting a firm mattress. ... show more

I just got this so I’m only a couple nights in. Feel like an unlocked a secret mystery prize in life. This mattress is awesome! I’m 200lbs & it has great support on sides, a little bit of spring from the firmness but yet it is still so comforting & plush. It's very comfortable not too firm but not too soft either, medium, I did buy a plush bed topper to add to top I like plush & felt it needed a little extra, & I love it. Bought the full size first & decided to buy the queen also. So very pleased with my purchase. My husband and I had a zinus but eventually it was time for a new mattress. We saw this mattress as a hybrid, movement resistant bed and figured let's try it. Unfortunately I feel every spring, and movement, and haven't slept since we have gotten the mattress. Luckily customer service refunded us and were very easy to talk to. I also have fibromyalgia and am sensitive to pressure points, but even my husband said his shoulders hurt with this mattress. 😢 ... show more
