We've slept on this bed now for 6 months. We sleep great. Both my husband are over 200lbs and it has not sunk. There was no smell when we laid on it. Firmness is perfect, it took no time to adjust. We slept great from day one. My husband says that he cannot feel me move when sleeping at night.

Who says a good mattress has to cost several thousand dollars? My first king sized mattress was almost 4,000. This mattress is more comfortable than the expensive one. Firm yet molds to your body. You don't feel your partner turning over next to you. I did not try jumping on it with a glass of wine sitting on it but I can assure you it does not move a lot. I buy a ton of stuff on Amazon yet I never take the time to leave a review but I HAVE to for this mattress. I'm surprised beyond belief at how wonderful this mattress is. You'd never know that it comes out of a box. Even though it's suggested to wait 72 hours to sleep on it, I slept on it the first night. My back definitely can feel a difference between my old mattress and this one. I search amazon for a few weeks looking through multiple different brands and offerings. I bought this bed for the reason some people are saying it is firm. Set up was easy, it says wait 72 hours (3days) I left if for a bit over 48 hours slept on it one night and slept on the other side the next night. I recommend waiting the full 72 hours. It's very firm, but soft you won't be sinking into this one like some of the others, advantage is it is hybrid and has some give in the individual wrapped spring system. It's thick 14 exact, so it will sit higher then your average bed. I don't mind this fact. No noise in the beds movements. And it seems to offer some movement isolation. I've had this bed almost 2 weeks and I've slept pretty darn good. I've had some sacroiliac pain in my hip, I wake up in less pain with this bed then I did my previous one. ... show more

This mattress is way more firm than I expected. At first I thought it just needed to be broken in but it's been a couple of months and it's still really firm. We were impressed with the quality of it though. We took a chance ordering online. We added a memory foam topper to it and now it's just right for me.
