Look great, but getting them level is hard. The round wall plate is very hard to line up - I ended up having to mark the outline of the square sconce, eyeball the center of the marks to place the plate, balance a level on the two outward-facing screws, and then finally mark the spots to drill for the screw inserts. Once I finally managed to line them up they look great, but the lampshades are slightly uneven - one tilts forward away from the wall, and one tilts back towards it. The media could not be loaded. It wasn't easy at first to figure out where to place the screws on the base than connect the attachment behind the base. Once I took a closer look, it was easy to do, which made if quicker to complete the second one I had. These are over my kids beds to create a suttle, soothing environment while reading before bedtime. When they are old enough to have the tablets and a cellphone in their room, there is a working USB which I've tested. I like the easy power switch located on the squared base and not on the chord, which makes it easy for the kids to turn the light on and off. The shade has texture and reminds me of linen. I get these are low cost but they couldn’t be more confusing when hanging them as a plug in appliance. The only “wire” not attached is the grounding wire. You could surmise maybe it needs to be tied to the mounting plate but there’s no instruction to do so. And why did this appliance not come with a closed back as pictured? Instead an open back. Most other lamps like this would be contained and ready for plug in but doesn’t seem like it with these guys. I had more traditional sconces in our bedroom. They got very dusty and looked a little dated. I also hated how cluttered my bedside was with various charging devices. Enter these little beauties.
