I ordered the king size in "summer gray". I was hesitant after some of the negative reviews, which often referred to thinness as a negative. However, it is a QUILT, not a comforter. It says so in the product name, description, etc. For context - coverlets are decorative, thin bed toppers that are oft
en made from one or two layers of fabric with zero or minimal batting/stuffing; they are used decoratively or as a layer, not usually a primary source of warmth. Quilts are made from two or more layers of fabric with a very thin layer of batting/stuffing. They can be used decoratively, as a layer, or as a primary source of warmth for hot weather for hot sleepers. Comforters are thicker and have more batting/stuffing, and therefore volume. Granted, the first two pics on the product page make it look like a comforter because the top is rolled three times and shot from the foot of the blanket. But scroll through the rest, and they accurately depict the actual thickness. Again, this is a quilt. It is not as "thin as a sheet", but it is not a comforter. It's quite nice for the price. The quality and craftsmanship are great so far. There were no missing stitches, just a few hanging threads I expected from a machine-made quilt at this price point. The quilt and shams seem durable after a few weeks of use from adults, a kid, and a small dog - including one wash per instructions. The "summer gray" color pics are accurate for the actual color of the quilt. I wanted it as a decorative element at the foot of my bed that can be used as an additional layer during a Midwestern winter. However, it didn't quite go with my new comforter as well as I'd hoped. Still, I'm keeping it and will likely switch it out in place of the comforter during the warmer seasons. The "summer gray" is almost a muted, steely gray without the shine. Not charcoal, not light gray or heather gray, but kind of medium gray. This is an actual defined color (you can look it up on sites that give color values like RGB and hex codes...do NOT go off different paint brands that call their products "summer gray"). It's close to agate with less of the green undertone. It would pair well with other darker or lighter shades of gray, but not so much with black. It's soft enough. Not cotton soft, but at this price point I was pleasantly surprised. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

Got it all set up and I LOVE it! Soft, lightweight, quilted bedspread fits perfectly on my Grandsons full size bed. I don’t even need a bed skirt! Absolutely perfect!

If you have a king size mattress thicker than 8in this comforter will be too short on the sides. Some of the seams werent sown very well and within a month or two some of the stitching started coming undone. Also dog hair sticks to this material like a magnet.

I really like this b/c it is lightweight and I tend to be hot. One sham was dirty when I opened it - it came out in the wash. The shams actually fit queen size pillows which I happen to have (shown) but I am not sure they make that size anymore. If you use a standard size pillow the sham would be big
. I think it is very long (I have it folded up at the top and I wish a couple of those inches in length were added to the width. Overall I am happy with the purchase and can make it work.

I like how modern looking the quilt is. It's very thin and lightweight though. The material isn't as nice as I thought it would be, but it looks nice. It's worth it for the money. We don't use it to sleep with so the quality isn't really an issue for us...we just use it as a topper on our comforter.
If you're looking for something for everyday sleeping though, it's kind of stiff and super light.

The big thing that I dislike is the size of the bedspread. It needs to be wider and longer so that it covers up see mattress on a real thick mattress. I think it is it a very nice soft material, and it is very well-made. I am very happy that this bedspread has four rounded corners. The two pillowcase
