The quality of this wand is unmatched. I have used almost every brand of heat tool ranging from $-$$$$ but this outperforms them all. I have long, fine hair and the curl is done almost as soon as it touches the wand, it’s literally that easy PLUS the curls stay tight and soft with or without use of product. It heats up in under a minute and for me, takes around 20 minutes to do my entire head with this tiny wand. If I were to offer any advice, it’s to pay attention as I have burned my face three times and the burns are horrible. It comes with a glove for your hands and I have yet to burn my hand so I don’t wear the glove but if the wand barely brushes the skin on your face, you’ll regret it. I have wavy hair extensions and this wand works great in creating tighter curls that can be brushed out to create a softer look. I don’t use the glove because it’s impossible to part my hair out with it on. The heat is good and allows me to work relatively quickly even when I’m only curling small chunks at a time. I love this curler. I immediately tried it once it arrived and not only didn’t it take me long but I also received so many amazing compliments for my hair! I love how fast they curl and that you can even make a beach wavy look with this tool if you just don’t wrap your hair around the heated part too tight. Also love the viby yellow handle. I was looking for a curling wand to help me extend the life of my curls. I initially purchased the Hot tools micro curling iron but the curl was much smaller then my natural curl. I was going to buy the 1/2 but the hot tools curling iron is $50 and I wasn’t looking to spend a lot again. I came across this curling wand and I figured I’d give it a shot and I’m sure glad I did! It’s exactly what I needed! It makes the perfect curls to match my curl pattern Pros: Heats up quickly. Comes with a great heat protecting glove. I also love the added feature of this velcro loop on the cord that allows you to fold up the cord and secure it with the wand. Most people don’t know by wrapping the cord around your styling tools can eventually ruin the cord and make the tool unusable! Con: The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is there isn’t a tempature setting on the curling wand. Althought I almost always use my curling wands at the highest setting, for those of you who have very thin or damaged hair you should limit the amount of heat you put on your hair.. Remember that viral video of the little girl curling her hair and when she pulled the tool away from her head and the hair was still attached to the curling wand? That’s my worst nightmare! Be sure to know your hair and never leave it on the hot barrel for to long. Otherwise, it’s a great product and for only $27 it’s completely worth it! ... show more

My children's school had a fundraising gala with an 80's theme and I was determined to have tight voluminous curls for the event! After realizing my 1" curling iron wasn't going to achieve that look, I ordered this, not wanting to spend a lot of money for something I wasn't sure I'd ever use again. My sweet 14 year old daughter spent an hour & a half curling all my long, thick hair and it was so fun! Well, not the curling for her, but the way it looked!! ; ) My hair does not hold curl well at all and it was still super curly the next day. I brushed it out the second day and it looked like a glamourous country singer sort of style, so I got two fun days of hair out of it! This iron is the best one I’ve ever had! The appearance is super cute too. Mine came with a glove, but I don’t really like to use it. The heating up time is good too and the curls are the cutest!
