I ordered this mirror and received it last week. I was so happy to see how well it was packaged until I took it out and noticed a cracked frame and several cracks in the mirror. I’ve tried contacting Beauty4U multiple times through email and calls and haven’t heard back about a replacement. Hopefully this will get a response!!! ***UPDATE 1/25/2021*** I have called every single day and the line just rings and rings!! No email/inquiries returned from Beauty 4 U!!! We were so happy to receive this mirror 3 days before the real delivery day but so sad when we opened the box and saw a broken mirror! Although the mirror is beautiful and seems very good quality you guys must try to get a better packaging for the mirror, cos I work in UPS and there’s no time at all to handle the packages with much care cos there’s so many boxes, many of them huge and heavy, the supervisors demand they work very fast, so, there’s no time to take care and just drop everything to the ground or launch them from any height. The mirror needs more than foam board, maybe bubbles or something in order to protect much better the items. We really want this mirror but we don’t know if we buy it again and will happen the same! ... show more

This mirror is a little shorter than me. I’m 5’2 and it’s the perfect size to see my self. Based on other reviews I was worried that it would arrive broken, but it was packaged with wood putter layer, styrofoam, tape. It was very safely packaged. Sturdy mirror. I was totally looking forward to receiving and using this mirror.... but once it showed up to my house it was completely shattered. Not sure whose fault this is, but I’m totally disappointed by the fact that I was unable to use it.

I bought this as a gift for my teen daughter for Christmas. 1. Packaging - this box was heavy and it had a huge place ripped down the side of it that exposed the inside. When I got it open there was a wooden frame around the mirror with styrofoam top and bottom so it was secure. 2. The mirror itself is nice. The dimensions are large and can easily fit 2 people. There was a small crack at the top as you can see in the picture. It’s inside the glass so the mirror is still smooth. I’d return it if the hassle wasn’t so great because of the size. As far as sturdy, it’s not something you could slam dance into without it falling over but on a wood or solid floor it should be just fine. If you have it on carpet, it can feel a little insteady if you move it but is heavy enough I think it would be fine but we have hers close to the wall to be sure. It did come with mounting hardware but I’ll be honest it’s too heavy for me to want to hang. Overall it’s a nice mirror and a great size if you like them big. when buying a mirror online, I was definitely concerned about shipping. I was very happy to see that they did everything they could to ensure that the mirror was safe during shipping! There is a wooden frame that goes all the way around, with styrofoam and other padding filling in the gaps. I definitely am going to be holding on to this box for when I move in the future! As far as the mirror goes, it's exactly as pictured! It's beautiful, and very sturdy! And it's not as heavy as other large mirrors I have had in the past. Arrived cracked in all four corners. I was worried about this when I ordered because of all the other reviews mentioned the same issue. I opened the first cardboard box, then the mirror was in another cardboard box. Opened that and noticed it came with a wooden frame for support so I was very happy. Until I took the mirror out and flipped it around. Cracked in all corners. Apart from that issue - the gold framing is very pretty. It seems like their is some spacing between the mirror and framing in some areas, which may contribute to how often these are arriving broken? ... show more
