Comfortable and very adjustable. Feels like a nice product. The motors are a little slower than expected. The base of the chair also seems a little wide and I can't get quite as close to my work as I'd like while sitting on a stool. I got the white color, which I kind of regret, but I keep a heating pad and sheet over it 95% of the time anyway.
