Lost my 16 year old Pomeranian dog 1 week ago. Still very sad about that. So I bought this stuffed animal to help me cope with the lose. I didn't expect this stuffed animal dog to look and feel as real as it does but It feels just like holding my real dog. It looks realistic to where you'll look at it and you'll fool yourself into thinking it's a real dog for a second. I've shown family the stuffed animal and they also thought it was a real dog. I do wish the size of this stuffed animal was a tiny bit larger. This stuffed animal is slightly smaller than my adult sized Pomeranian and it doesn't weigh as much as my dog (My dog was 9 lbs). But the size is decent enough and it still feels like holding a real Pomeranian. I highly recommend this Pomeranian stuffed animal for anyone who lost their dog. It's been very therapeutic. It's not going to fix the feeling of losing your dog but it will help ease it. It helps fill some of the emptiness of not having them around anymore. This would also be a great gift to someone who loves Pomeranian dogs, not just for a kid, but also an adult. The price is decent. The hair is furry just like the real dog but you can also trim it with scissors if you wish. Decent size for both a kid, or an adult (maybe even give it to your dog as a toy). ... show more

I purchased this as a gift for a neighbor who had just lost her Pom. I am pleased to say that she thought it was wonderful. Soft, cuddle worthy and a suitable bed partner. It was a hit and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a little Pom in their life.

We had a beloved Pom that passed over the Rainbow Bridge and I haven’t yet been able to convince my distraught hubby to get another. I ordered this one and trimmed her fur a bit to look more like our fur baby we lost about 4 years ago. It’s crazy how lifelike this version is, especially from the back. We have been posting photos of “her” from different areas of our home and it actually has really helped our healing process. Friends and family get a kick out of seeing where we have placed her. When I was looking for photos of this dog there weren't many views, so I am sharing what I would like to have seen before I bought it. He is really a cute dog! The fur is not especially soft. The front ruff is quite messy and could be better. The tail is really nice and fluffy, but you couldn't see that from the seller's photos. He easily stands on all four's or sits on his hind legs. I got this a few months ago after suffering the loss of my furbaby, Sweeney, who was a Chiweenie. It was unbearable to lose him because 2 years before that we had lost our beloved Horatio who looks just like this Pommie...He was a Pomchi. I was grieving, my sons were grieving and my ex. So, I thought about stuffed animals since we are moving so decided to wait till we move cross country and then we will rescue 2 more sweeties. Anyways, I ordred this one and a Datshund with the same coloring and was happy when they arrived. This Pommie was littler than I thought it would be but that's ok, looks so sweet and the exact coloring as my baby. These stuffed animals are a life saver to this family. My ex and I actually talk to them and pet them and do silly things like place them around the house so the other will see them waiting for them,lol, My sons aren't keen on talking to them but they understand. ( They are grown men so don't worry, lol , no small kid is being traumatized. The one Datshund one is biggie and sometimes we forget and for a startled moment walking in the room think it's our furbaby. Anyways, this is working out. They help us give all that love that we had for our furbabies. We miss our guys. We miss talking to them and hugging them. Anyways, this worked out well.
