This is a very well made cover, love the charcoal black matte. We have an 8ft Riverbank table, the chunky square wood look table, measured it and our table is larger than 8ft so ordered 9ft cover. It took a long while to decide on an attractive, durable, and best fit pool table cover. As. searched I found the other brands had a shiny, fake looking leather, which looked tacky to us. But the matte colored Bordeaux Red from BearCover looked classic and tasteful to us. The workmanship is impressive and fits perfectly on our pool table using the measurement chart BearCover provided. I wish we would have bought this 18 years ago before the rescue kittens clawed up the leather around the pockets. We are happy that this cover is water proof and cat proof, our other cover was just a thin plastic cover that tore easily. The $50 some dollars is well worth this awesome cover that protects, is well made, and looks awesome! ... show more

The cover is well packaged and ready for use right out of the box. It’s durably made and fits perfectly on our table. I wasn’t happy that the wrinkles from being folded up remained after I opened it up so I heated it in the sun and slowly stretch them out. In their photo it looks stiff and boxy, and it does actuality fit great, just isn't formed like their pic. It's also not "completely" cat proof. The pics show where my cat clawed it, and then the underside. It tears the fabric a bit, but doesn't seem to go all the way thru. All in all I'm happy with it! ... show more

Can't say it's cat "proof," but definitely a cat deterrent to the point your pets won't mess with it. It feels very quality and the few attempts our cats have had at it have been futile so they gave up trying to put their mark on it. I bought this for my 9' Brunswick Anniversary table. The fit is perfect and the feel is amazing. I have had compliments on both the table and the cover! haha who compliments the cover! The feel is great, a drink was spilt on it and it wiped right up and didnt stain or leak through to the table. It doesn't have a long apron, 8". But this is perfect for my table as it shows a little bit of the detail at the bottom to intrigue the viewer! Great product. Great Fit. Would recommend to anyone! ... show more
