These are the only pellets I will use when smoking. They burn clean and have no added binders that might gum up the smoking mechanism. Put off really nice smoke.

Their Mountain pellets are the best on the market. They burn very clean with exceptionally little ash. They produce more smoke than most of the other pellets available. If you need to go hot for searing, these pallets will really produce good heat. There Mountain has a good selection of wood species in their pellets. Good choice in combination blends also.
