I work 12 hour shifts. No ear buds allowed. I wore this under a hard hat with hearing protection ear muffs. Kept me warm. Sound was great. But after a week or two these too started cutting into my ears. I broke down and spent the 90 bucks on the ear muffs with bluetooth speakers built in. I needed speakers for my ski helmet, and these work great. The beanie is soft and comfortable and doesn’t take too much room in my helmet however since my helmet has speaker slots I moved them to the helmet so it would be a tad more comfortable. If you’re looking for an alternative to the $200+ speakers that you can get for some helmets this is a great work around. Bought this hat for my boyfriend who kept losing his AirPods. Have you ever searched for a lost AirPod in a crowded Chicago parking lot, in the snow, at night? This happened more than once. Anyway he hated it and refused to wear it. I’m a creative problem solver. I did not take this personally.
