After adding, I shook the battery well. Spent days charging with trickle charger, then fast charger off and on, and still the battery would drop in voltage after an hour or so off charge. But it was a very old battery that just stopped holding up all of a sudden, so probably a cell just finally bit the dust. ... show more

    • Not a perfect fix but it helped
I wouldn’t go so far to say it’s the perfect snake oil, but it brought my batteries back to a usable state and they were completely dead from being left without water in them for I don’t even know how long but I filled with water and put in the product and they take charge for a fair amount of time it prolonged the time until I have to buy new batteries that time is coming, but it’s not today ... show more

I used it on 4 batterys,first one was lawnmower battery,I dumped out all the acid and put in new and this stuff as recommended on lable,put it on charge for the 34 hours as recommended, it started it 4 times and that was it,know you put the charger on and in short order charger go's crazy saying it's got 18volts take charger off check battery and reads 5 volts so it's garbage, the outher 3 batterys only charged to 3 ,5 6 volts,they are all 12 volt batterys,so with new acid I wasted $50 bucks ... show more

I live on a sailboat, my house battery bank are four 6volt golf cart batteries that are 3 years old. They are charged daily by solar panels and a wind generator. Recently I've had to run a generator to have enough amp hours to get through night . I read reviews and found them to be mixed, so I decided to try it. As directions stated on bottle it took 7-10 days to see improvement. Daily solar charge no lasts through night running 2 refrigeration systems ,lighting and watching TV at night.
