Awesome charger when no outlet near. Reason for 3 stars is when case is on phone and charging. Phone doesn't charge to 100% . I have to charge the case and phone separate. Had a Newbury case it would charge phone and case to 100%. Didn't get Newbury case this time case the last 2 I got case cracked on back side. Decided to try different brand. ... show more

Wish it came with some type of holder like a pop socket but other than that, it does charge my phone and does provide protection... the only thing is its the same mah as the galaxy s21 ultras battery so if you need to recharge more than once youll need to find a conventional charger or a portable one ... show more

Immediately after unpluging my phone charger from the case, my phone screen won't work and the phone turns off. Theres no point in having a bettery case if i need my phone to be pluged in just to use it. Waste of money.

I charged this for over 5 hours and it didnt hold a charge once it initially had the battery drained. I charged it to about 95%, then drained it through using it during the day, and then when I went to charge it again, it would not hold a charge. I contacted amazon for a replacement and they are sending me a replacement. ... show more

I've bought this power charger in the past and they worked very well for my note 8. I just bought the same one for my S21 ultra and it only charged my phone half way every time I use it.

    • Messes with touchscreen when charging phone
I don't like the fact that it renders my phone useless when charging it. I can't pick up calls or use my phone because for some reason when you charge your phone, the screen stops responding. I have galaxy s21 ultra.
