This product is great for the money. The TPU case is easy to grip. The case is HEAVY but I don’t care it’s not gonna be light to strap a massive battery on your phone. One tip though is to only use regular “slow” chargers. The massive brick you charge your MacBook with will not charge this battery. Even though it will charge your phone in 30 minutes, this case will reject it and neither will charge. Most of the complaints I see in reviews are from people who didn’t notice it blinks twice as fast if it’s rejecting input from that charger. It’s a slow one second between blinks if it’s actually charging, and half that if you use a charger it doesn’t like. TLDR: use a regular charger, no fast chargers. This case is cheaper than anything else I’ve found. Only complaint is they don’t list the charger requirements in the item description. ... show more

Read the reviews and tried it anyway. Don’t bother. It charged fine the first time, tried to recharge and it does a fast blink but never charges the case, pulled the phone out, still just a fast blink, made sure it was on a slow vs fast charger (which I read about in the reviews, not instructions), no change. I’ve tried multiple charging cords and wall warts, I can not get it to take a charge again and since it lacks instructions or trouble shooting tips, it’s now worthless as a charging case. Find a better case than this and test it right away, with multiple charges and discharges. ... show more

This Battery phone case was definitely designed to provide additional power to my smartphone, extending its battery life without the need to carry a separate power bank. Battery capacity in milliampere-hours (mAh), indicates how much extra charge the case can provide. A higher mAh rating generally means more extended battery life, but it can also make the case bulkier. I’ve positively considered the design, weight, and material of the case to ensure it fits comfortably in my hand and pocket. This battery cases come with LED indicators on the back, that show the remaining battery life, so you know when to recharge the case. It prioritizes charging the phone first before charging the case. Battery case is budget-friendly. Generally, you’ll pay more for higher capacity, additional features, and brand reputation. This seller stood behind their product after it malfunctioned 7 months after purchase and politely responded to my message and quickly sent a replacement. So, that is a huge positive. I'm not even sure what the warranty is tbh. I'm not sure what is reasonable to expect in terms of longevity of a product like this (nor its warranty as mentioned), but 7 months is certainly less than my expectations. I did not abuse the case nor am I clumsy person and my drops are minimal. After a few uses, the charging port stopped working properly. The charger keeps falling out and won't go all the way into the port. As a result, the charge life isn't as good as it probably could be. Additionally, neither the extra battery nor the iPhone battery charges to 100%. The item doesn’t hold a charge, and I can't charge my phone while the battery case is on. The case itself is very slippery and doesn't provide enough grip, making it easy to drop. Several other users have complained about these issues as well, indicating a common problem with this product.     • CASE IS GOOD “BUT”

The case is really good quality comparing with previous cases I have ordered. My phone is well protected with it, HOWEVER the lighting iPhone connection is not unfortunately. The case went in easy for the first time, but I had to remove it to get the screen protector installed. When I tried to put the case back on, it was not that easy for some reason. The lighting iPhone connector look weird meaning not straight, maybe is the shape of it and I didn’t noticed, but the connector shows signs of the chrome paint with little bubbles and looks that the paint is pilling of. This is probably happening because when I charged the case, it may have overheated with the charge causing the chrome paint the little bubbles. After I tried for the third time to connect the case with my iPhone, it went in just fine. I didn’t take a picture of the connector unfortunately since I had already returned it and didn’t think about talking the picture. Maybe this case had a faulty connector, but I read some reviews, not sure if it was for this case where the connector broke inside of the iPhone and the customer needed to get a new phone.
