Instalation was easy, it looks good on my truck. The only complaint would be the reception is not as good as the factory antenna. We live in mountain terrain and now I dont have as good of reception as before.

I swapped out my stock antenna for this 7-inch BASIKER replacement on my 2018 Jeep Cherokee and couldn’t be happier with the fit—it threaded right into the factory base without any fuss. Installation literally took under a minute: just unscrew the old mast and screw this one in, no tools required. Signal strength has remained rock-solid across AM and FM stations, with noticeably fewer dropouts on rural drives. The metal core feels sturdy, and the rubberized surround gives me confidence it’ll hold up against car washes and everyday bumps. Colors and finishes may vary, but mine matched the factory base nearly perfectly. The only reason I’m holding back a fifth star is that the paint on the tip showed a tiny chip after a couple of highway trips—nothing major, but worth mentioning if you’re picky about cosmetic wear. Otherwise, this antenna is a budget-friendly upgrade that cleans up your Jeep’s profile while keeping your radio clear. Great for the first year but then I noticed it seemed a little floppy. And after noticing it becoming more and more so I've found that it has actually cracked in half around it's circumference nearly all the way through but is like a lose tooth and just hanging on by a magical thread. Will be replacing directly but not with this same brand, consider me rather disappointed at this point. Between a year to a year and a half service life is ridiculous. Looks great, performed well but useful life is garbage.
