  • Assembly is a piece of cake.
Seriously, If you label yourself as a critical thinker and you played with Legos as a kid, you can build this in less than an hour. The instructions are not the best but it isn't difficult to figure out. I'm not sure why people complain so much about assembly. This style rig frame provides infinite adjustment points so you can raise and lower bars as needed without taking the thing apart. If you want a mining frame and don't want to sacrifice quality, this is the unit for you. It was packaged really well; no pieces missing and no broken parts. I may buy another in the near future. A message to the seller: If you need someone to design new instructions, I am in marketing and design. Hit me up. ... show more

  • It took some some time to assemble
I'm the king of buying stuff and using it for something other than its intended purpose. I compared this to some of the test benches availible and I'd rater spend $30 to DIY over $200 premade. It did take a couple of hours to assemble. The other review is accurate, you need to plan it out or you will be taking it apart to get nuts out of or into channels. I would have liked a more secure way to mount the gpu. I realize it's meant to be stationary but 2 mounting points at the ends of the plastic adapter give some play in the middle, especially when gravity is the only thing keeping the card in place on the back end. I fixed it with zip ties so no big deal. Overall I recommend it. If for no other reason, the mobo tray is perfect. It came packaged well and there were no parts missing. keep the instructions handy but don't rely on them. ... show more

  • Absolutely infuriating!
I don't know where these reviews come from but, this thing is absolutely infuriating and I think I'll throw it in the can. Honestly, getting it to adjust is next to impossible. The cage nuts get stuck in the channels, you can take a hammer to it all you want, still won't adjust. Not the right material for this sort of project. I think I'll keep the motherboard and PSU trays and toss the rest just mounting the GPU's to a shelf. It's just not worth it. Nothing to do with the seller, it was quickly shipped. ... show more

  • Well Designed, Well Fabricated
This rig was well engineered and fabricated, sturdy, not the flimsy crap I've seen elsewhere. The screws for motherboard and power supply line up perfectly, the power switch and LEDs were an added bonus. Screws and misc components were bagged and labeled with quantities, I was quite impressed. Instructions could use some work but I enjoy puzzles so assembly was enjoyable, would suggest an assembly video for folks less inclined. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this purchase, it does what it was designed to do perfectly and is ascetically pleasing to someone who is mildly OCD. Would highly recommend and would purchase again for my next rig project. ... show more

  • Very Solid, Great Materials, Fairly Easy to Assemble
Note: Card boxes in the pictures are for size reference. I didn't know how big the frame was and was pleasantly surprised that it was not "huge". I did expect it to be larger but this size is actually perfect for 6 cards. All the frame parts are adjustable, so you can slide the bars however you need to support any size card, which is nice for rigs with mismatched cards. I have mostly two fan models but do have a couple of three fan models, so the adjustment works out perfect for me. What impressed me most was the fact that the frame is very solid, there is no wobble at all and the parts fit together snugly. Acrylic motherboard tray and PSU plate fit perfectly and their thickness provides stability for the base. Two PSUs fit perfectly and you probably won't need PCIe or riser cable extensions to reach the far side of the frame. The power button is also a very nice feature. The only thing to note is that the instructions aren't super clear about small details. There are pictures of every step and a list of parts you'll need for each, but there could definitely be more explanation. Overall, though, if you have half a brain in your head you'll be fine. Protip: make sure you put washers on the bolts that hold the L-bracket parts. The instructions were unclear on this point and I had to go back and add them later. While they don't say it in the description I am sure you could stack these if you got some aftermarket threaded rods and created your own fasteners. Overall, great frame, well built, light weight, easy to assemble (took me about 2 hours), and it is priced well, especially when it's on sale. Will buy again when I build another rig. ... show more

  • Happy New Customer
I saw MANY mining rig frames with bad reviews so I was leery about buying. I also saw a few with great reviews but only a few comments. SO FAR, the frame looks great, was packaged very well, and the instructions were in English with pictures even. I have not assembled it yet but once I do I will amend my comments if I find it to be of inferior quality. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect to be commercial grade and made of the finest aluminum ever, but it should still be adequately strong, nice-neat-clean and present an organized mining rig when completed. If it meets me needs, I'll buy a few more. ... show more

  • Looks like quality material but only thing good about it
Shipping was on time in the window that they said it would be and the material quality looks good but there's nothing else about it that is good. It is harder then it is easyier to put together and took about 1h 30m to complete and another 1h to try and make it square but somehow it only got worse. The nuts they use are too small to go in there smoothly and too big to adjust the bars smoothly, they kept getting stuck and locked inside the framing because they would wedge themselves as I was adjusting the framing and took half of the time spent adjusting to be able to get them to move. They make the image look like it includes a metal motherboard platfom but it's actually acrylic and was a disappointment to see, If you look on their page the word acrylic only appears once so they make sure and try to hide the fact when they have no problems labeling the aluminum parts multiple times. Would not buy again and would suggest others to try other products if they're choosing between this one and others. ... show more
