I don't have many east and west facing windows for my plants and this was perfect! Set up was easy. Great for smaller spaces. I added more lights for my plathos it had gotten too big for the other shelves. Great features to change the type of lighting, the brightness and has a timer. Easy to put together. Easy to hook up lighting system. I had read the reviews and was hesitant on purchasing because of the reviews saying it was difficult to hook up the lighting. I’m not sure what they had problems with, but I just used two zip ties on each light and had no problems. As far as putting the shelves together, they are pretty self explanatory also. It is not the sturdiest unit I have ever used, but it will do the job for small plants/seedlings. This is a replacement for the first stand that I received. One of the 5 LED lights did not work and it does not all light up without it. It was easy to assemble, just have to put the lights in order on the shelves for all of them to work. It is lightweight but can handle multiple small plant in the shelves. The person I spoke with was very nice and understood exactly what the problem is. He requested this replacement for me and all I have to send back is the light that does not work. I will still have an extra stand for my smaller plants. I have to say that I did send a message first to the manufacturer, as it stated to do so. The information said that they respond in 12 to 24 hours. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received any information or a call from them. I'm enjoying my plant stand very much. It was easy to put together, but , the customer service from the manufacturer was sub par. The instructions are hard to understand how the lights themselves are connected. I contacted the seller by email which is the only was to reach them . I told them I was having a issue with connecting the lights and after a couple of days , I received a email back , only to say to me , " Are you having trouble connecting the light " HUH, I responded that I was and never heard back from them. ... show more

I really love this. It took me a while to set it up-but it was fairly easy. The one problem I ran into was to was that when sorting the long corner poles, my measurements didn’t match what the instructions said they should. I finally sorted them by lengths and went from there. Once I did that it was just getting everything on the way I wanted. Keep in mind: 3 different pole sizes and where the longest ones go matters; you need to pay attention to the cords and what side of the light they go in/out of the lights. I had to re-connect some cords and Velcro straps, but it was still not bad at all. Well worth the money and time-all my smaller plants now have a nice spot to grow ... show more

Screws to hold shelves together have already snapped due to being made from plastic. Very little weight was placed on shelves, only small plants. Would recommend company use more durable screws for better longevity.
