My only issue with them is that there aren't any disassembly instructions and I can not for the life of me disassemble them to return them (just wrote the co to find this out). Suggest company includes this info along with the excellent assembly instructions that they already provide.. Again, GREAT PRODUCT; and, for the record I found them to be extremely comfortable. These bar stools are amazing! They were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. They were easy to assemble. They are sturdy and very happy with the quality. Easy to adjust up and down and the foot bar looks small but works perfect. I'm 5'2" and my hubby is 6'2" and they work perfect for both of us. Comfortable too! I bought these chairs for a different and more updated look at my centre kitchen island. I am pleased with the quality and result. Assembly took 20 minutes with first chair about 10 minutes with the second chair. All tools needed were included and they were minimal. Swivel is smooth and height adjusts easily. Foot rest is comfortable. One small issue. The ring in the foot rest part where it meets the chair part was cracked on the second chair. The ring gives the chair stability when the two parts meet. The instructions included an email address so I contacted customer service and Yaara handled my problem so efficiently and quickly that it no longer seemed like it was a problem. I refinished our basement bar and decided we deserved some new stools after all that work. I liked the look of these and bought 4 of them, and then one more to better fit the counter length. I love these stools. They’re comfortable and stylish, and perfectly compliment this space. Even better - the customer support! We noticed one of the seats was scratched on the bottom and reached out to the seller for a replacement. They immediately responded and sent us a new seat at no charge. I offered to ship the scratched one back but they said not to worry about it and simply sent the new seat. That was awesome. Thank you!
