    • OK Support from Banks, poor suuport from seller and Banks has no idea why it doesnt perform.
Installed in a 2011 RAM 2500 with the Cummins. No EGT numbers are displayed. Called banks they tried a few things then said to return it since they can't figure it out. Seller on amazon has no way to directly contact them and a crap return policy. They say they wont accept the return because it's been installed while Banks says to return it since once it was installed it wont do one of it's most basic functions. So yeah, AVOID!
