It honestly compares to big brands like LG, SAMSUNG & even GE, KITCHENAID, etc. Even the price is very fair and competitive. SHIPPING: The packaging was awesome, it arrived very fast, with no damage whatsoever. All the shelves were in place and nothing was damaged, really impressive! FRIDGE: honestly it's the perfect size, for how compact it is, it holds A TON of food and beverages! It's more than enough space for me. COOLING: Temperature is perfect and spot on, that was a big issue i was having when I was looking at fridges, they would never get cold enough. But this fridge is awesome and true to temperature! Drinks are amazingly cold and the freezer actually keeps food frozen! Also the fridge is SUPER quiet after it's first cool down phase. I honestly can barely hear it humming. What I was looking for in a small refrigerator was reliability and efficiency- this ticks all those boxes and more- quiet as a mouse, (I had to check to make sure it was on!) and so much room- I wasn’t sure about having the freezer on the bottom, but it really isn’t a big deal at all- I still can fit a gallon of ice cream and make ice cubes- This is a good purchase! ... show more

We got this fridge for my 81 year old mom to have a mini kitchen near her bedroom. We love that it looks good and the fridge is on the top so she doesn’t have to bend down like smaller fridges. It says it must be placed on a hard surface so we added blocks on the bottom since it is carpeted near her room. We were able to switch the doors to the other side - no directions on that but it was pretty intuitive. There were extra parts that we had to figure out where they went since there were no directions in the box on “assembly”. The parts went on the glass shelves to lock them in place. The middle shelf is moveable so you can adjust for taller items. The freezer is a good size too considering it’s a small fridge. It’s large enough for frozen meals and ice cream. The bins sit on the shelf not in slots on the side and there is a small notch to keep it from coming all the way out. It came packaged well with styrofoam and metal brackets on corners and even thin wood on the top and bottom. It was even wrapped in that sticky film you peel off to protect it. That said it still arrived with dents on the top corner, back and side. Not terrible and didn’t damage the actually running of the fridge, still disappointing hence the 4 out of 5 stars. And no idea what that green stick in the small hole is in the back of the fridge is for (see pick) since it came with no instructions - just a pamphlet of a picture of the fridge that labeled the parts and a set of rules for setting up. I’d love to know what that is for! Overall, I think it is going to work great. It was a great price. It cooled down quickly and seems to be maintaining its temp since we plugged it in a few days ago. Update: the seller was very responsive and helpful. They worked with the company and issued a replacement for which I already have a tracking number. Highly recommend this seller!!! I loved the fridge right up until the day I opened it and everything went bad. Light still worked so there was power. But the fridge and freezer were warm. I loved the amount of space it had. I loved that the freezer was on the lower level and spacious enough to hold a lot of meat. The fridge also held a lot of food. I’ve contacted the seller but no reply yet. My issue will be that I’ve moved quite a distance from where I purchased (it was delivered the same day I moved and was carefully transported in the same secure packaging that it was delivered in) and I can not return it back to that town if the seller issues a late return). I have cancer and can not transport it anywhere in the only cat I own. So I’m hoping they’ll issue an exchange and come to pick it up. I will update this when I hear from the seller with their reply. ... show more
