I received my red little fridge yesterday the 29th of November. I needed that fridge in my room because the big refrigerator in the kitchen it's too small for the whole family. When I buy some personal stuff the kids use them all the time (my kids and my niece and my sister ) . I did read all the reviews and I realized I should buy this one . We purchased this so I didn't need to go upstairs to get things while my wife was away. The space in the refrigerator, and freezer is more than we expected. The freezer is great for anything, because it keeps ice packs frozen solid. The customer service is great, but you need to talk to Amazon customer service to get in touch with them. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a refrigerator for a smaller space. ... show more

Very nice, little fridge. Holds a desirable amount, and is very efficient. Nice little fridge and the freezer portion is a reasonable size. The design in terms of compartments, with the drawer and bottles compartment on the side is nice, however, I would have preferred another side shelf on the door, instead of the bottles unit. I could store other food products besides bottles of water, which have to be 12 ounce plastic bottles. Nice product nonetheless. ... show more

    • Stopped working after 7 months

The freezer is nice, lots of space (will fit a full frozen pizza), and keeps things frozen. The fridge was a crap shoot, and was so difficult to find the sweet spot that would keep everything cold but not too cold. Some of my food had ice crystals on it from being too cold, while other items felt just barely cool and I had to throw them away out of fear of spoilage. But all that is moot when the thing doesn't even work any longer. I suffered a power outage and when I got everything turned back on, this thing did not want to cooperate. I know it has power because 1: everything else I plug into that outlet works, and 2: the light inside the fridge comes on when I open the door, but the motor itself isn't running and nothing is cooling or freezing. I put all my food into a cooler while I was waiting for the power to come back on, and I ended up having to dump an entire fridge and freezer's worth of food when the fridge didn't come back on and I had nowhere to store all my perishables. For the money I spent, and for the brand of this product, I did not expect such poor quality. I only had the thing for 7 months and it's dead. And of course I'm past the point of getting a refund. The refrigerator came well packaged. Works good. Price was ok. Was charged shipping fee inspite of having prime membership. Was a nominal fee so I didn't make a big deal of it. As far as longevity only time will tell. Will update if that becomes an issue.

I ordered this mini fridge online for my granddaughter for Christmas. The only thing that she really wanted. When plugged in, the refrigerator made a loud rattling noise. It would not cool or freeze no matter what we tried. And eventually stopped working altogether. I had a very unhappy granddaughter. I messaged the seller about the problem with the fridge, very distraught at how I was supposed to send this large thing back, but the seller instantly messaged me back. They gave me tips on what to try to get the refrigerator working. Then told me not to worry about sending it back, they already had a new replacement on the way. The new refrigerator worked perfect. Very quiet running, with an ice tray which she loves. The product itself is wonderful and if I could give the seller an extra 5 stars for customers service I would.
