I ordered a 2nd aid as I liked the first one. The 2nd aid had a battery issue and finally died. I contacted the company through Amazon and they replied the next day. Said they would replace the aid and no need to return the old one. Got the new aid yesterday and it works just fine (so far). I have a significant hearing loss and these work as good as I could expect. They keep the road noise down in the car and filter out all the music and noise in a large stores to the extent that you don't really notice it. Works great at fairly close range for communicating. I get a full day out of a charge. At least for me. I usually wear them for around 12 hours, rarely more than that. I'm retired, so if you have a long day like I don't, then they may need a boost charge at some point. The charger can go with you, so no issue about charging and no cord to mess with. A full charge takes around 4 hours. Much less for enough charge to get you by for a short while. I consider them an excellent value. They are really small and it is easy to forget you have them on. I have been using a 3 yr old model in my left ear . . . when my wife and grand kids needed to be heard :-). This upgrade is terrific . . . background noise has been eliminated and overall design of the product is great. As a result I am using the device much more than my old unit. I found the smaller size is great and the audio is better then the BLJ-109 units that I am using now, I found that there is less hiss in the back round. I have also work with their customer server person and have no problem with get replies back from they and anything I need from them for support.
